The District Court recited what the 9th Circuit Court already ruled: Apple can charge a commission on third-party payments "based on the costs that are genuinely and reasonably necessary for the coordination of linked out purchases, but no more".
Apple's stay was denied! Now they have 24 hours to file their proposed menu of junk fees with The Court, and Epic will have 60 days to file our legal analysis in advance of a court hearing on the topic.
