@megangrA That’s a misread. The joint statement is the 3-page document whose substance is on the screenshot below. The joint proffer is Professor Bernheim’s from the prior proceeding. What you screenshot is Google’s individual proffer from their expert.

@megangrA See the wording “Google will proffer” and “on Google’s behalf”. It’s common for court filings to consist of a joint position and then individual positions by the parties.
