@Cbus_614_ @DrJesseMorse Small markup?! We all would. It won't be a small markup

We had a lot of peptides that compounding pharmacies could produce in the USA - this isn't a new thing.

Pricing was $300+/mo for common peptides like TB-500.

I don't see how this new push will be significantly different and drive pricing down.

Been there, done that.

And even if we can get below $100 - that's still expensive for these products.

The grey and black markets will persist.

People want to pay $3, not $300.

Let's talk when compounding pharmacies start hitting $29...

@DrJesseMorse Highly unlikely, but I hope it happens. We have had compounding peptides for a long time now - it's $350....

You have been able to get many of these for some time from compounders, for humans. It hasn't driven price down.

Why is it entirely different now?

@DrJesseMorse I bet people can't wait to pay $350 for a $3 product.

How hard you move beats how long you move.

Good news for biohackers. Nobody is asking you to jog around the block for hours. The hard minutes are short ones.

Same total activity. Wildly different outcomes.

In 96,408 UK Biobank adults, the people who did just over 4 percent of ugh to get out of breath had 29 to 61 percent lower risk of eight major diseases and death.

For inflammatory diseases, intensity counted *twenty times* more than volume.

Your body counts effort, not minutes.

It is not permission to move less. It is a multiplier on the movement you already do.

In other words, if you can stay active all day, then a little structured sprint work will vastly outperform jogging around the block for hours.

@EconstratPB @RrnRaindeer I don't actually understand the desire to travel for diving.

It's not all that much different with these types of places.

I sure as hell wouldn't go to the Maldives to dive.

@nateliason @Alphaschool @alpha_founders I'd like to challenge the idea that reading physical books is a one size fits all benefit for children.

Reading is painful for many kids. I was one of them. One of my two also has the same condition.

Never Split The Difference is a great audiobook though!

@nicknorwitz Can't say it's causal, but a PCSK9 tanked my trigs and boosted HDL. So who knows. I obviously don't have metabolic syndrome, however.
