Today, I'm launching Vene: your AI advocate for healthcare.
I used to spend a dozen hours a week managing care for my dad, a disabled veteran, and my mom, who has a severe autoimmune disease. Healthcare was a full-time job for my family.
Our goal is to end the burden of care you're sick, or caring for someone who is, the hard part is everything after the hospital: the referral that never arrives, the test result nobody calls about, the bill that makes no sense, and everything in between.
For my dad, he spent hours on the phone to book an MRI. When he showed up, they told him to his face that insurance had stopped covering it. Then insurance told him to call a list of other offices and get the paperwork sent over himself, and he ended up giving up.
That’s why we’ve trained Vene to handle the toughest aspects of healthcare:
- Coordinating several specialists at once
- Challenging surprise bills and treatment denials
- Catching missed follow-ups and care gaps
My mom uses Vene to coordinate her primary care and endocrinologist, automatically refill and renew her prescriptions, and manage my little sister’s dental appointments.
They were my first users, and now over 5,000 families use Vene, and we're deploying it to another 50,000 patients across provider networks in the US.

Around 15 years ago, Kaheer Suleman and I started Maluuba with the vision of building Universal Turing Machines. Back then, we were one of the pioneer research labs building foundational modules of deep learning and Reinforcement learning with Turing award winners @Yoshua_Bengio ere was no AI hype then, as there is now. Those were the good old days of doing pure scientific research unlike the n+1 research that we see today. Maluuba was later acquired by Microsoft and became @MSFTResearch Canada.
Grounded in that same mission, we're finally ready to introduce @skyfallai to the world after a lot of experimentation in stealth over the last year. We're a frontier neo lab building the first Autonomous Enterprise by moving beyond the current LLM paradigm.
For the last 5 years, the foundational model market has relied on a single paradigm: scaling laws for LLMs - more data, more compute, bigger models. However, the real world is messy and much more complicated. In order to achieve our long term vision, the next generation of AI models requires a different approach. Skyfall is solving the hardest open problems in frontier AI: long-horizon planning, data inefficiency, and brittle performance in dynamic real-world environments.
To achieve the team's vision of a completely autonomous enterprise, the team is developing a next-generation frontier model (Enterprise World Models) using Continual Learning and World Modeling. Enterprise World Models can simulate the multi-layered consequences of strategic business actions. Our approach unlocks a new category in the foundation model market. To prove it, we're introducing Morpheus, a Continual Reinforcement Learning platform for AI researchers.

Today we present Morpheus, a persistent enterprise simulation platform designed to make Continual Learning a reality. Morpheus is the world’s first real world Reinforcement Learning environment.
Every Reinforcement Learning environment operates in the game world. Benchmarks like Co, and Procgen are all small, game-like worlds that reset every few minutes.

As our entire team spent thousands of hours over the last few years climbing the learning curve, what we've discovered is that we're solving something much bigger than we initially realized. We began to see what keeps everyone up at night, and it wasn't what we expected. 75% of senior accounting professionals are retiring in the next decade, with only a 50% replacement rate. Meanwhile, regulations multiply and edge cases explode in complexity. The profession isn't just facing a labor shortage - it's facing an expertise crisis.
That's when it clicked - our mission at Accordance matters more than we ever imagined. Most people think "AI for accounting and tax" means automating routine work - but we're doing the opposite. We're building the smartest tax & accounting AI that can handle the most sophisticated advisory work - the stuff that normally takes decades of experience. It's letting junior staff punch way above their weight and giving seasoned experts superpowers they've never had. We're not replacing professionals; we're amplifying their expertise at the exact moment the profession needs it most.
The outcomes we're seeing are remarkable.
