Meet the world-class research team behind SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model.

Solving complex design and engineering problems in the physical world is orders of magnitudes more difficult than LLM agents using next token prediction. Our team at @skyfallai decided to take veryone else out there in order to achieve the research breakthrough.

Last week, we shared how SKY-001 stacks up against frontier LLMs, showing the clear advantage World Models have on complex real-world tasks like engineering design.

Here is a sneak peek video where you can learn directly from the researchers about what makes our approach unique, what training and data collection paradigms were used, and why we believe World Models are the next frontier in AI.

I’m incredibly proud to work alongside this team.

The @skyfallai team has created a AI generator that makes ARC-AGI-3 styled games end to end with no human involvement

All games in this repo have a formal spec, solver trajectories, per level budgets and multiple layout seeds. We also have a bundled browser player to go through these games.

The generator comes up with ideas (follows a design vocabulary), creates detailed specs that are then implemented and verified (by a second agent) in multiple iterations and finally packaged in the format above.

You can run this generator locally to create any number of original games to help train/evaluate your agent.

We have taken some inspiration from @tufalabs re-arc-3 to create this generator. Please feel free to try this out, share your feedback, and contribute on this to help the @arcprize community.

We launched the first Engineering World Model, SKY-001, this week and it already outperforms all the frontier LLMs in CAD and BIM in speed, cost and precision.

Here’s an example of how our model compares to OpenAI’s Astra, Anthropic’s Fable 5.1 and Google’s Gemini 4.

These by accident. Read our technical blog to find out how we built SKY-001 (🔗 below).

Today, I'm launching Vene: your AI advocate for healthcare.

I used to spend a dozen hours a week managing care for my dad, a disabled veteran, and my mom, who has a severe autoimmune disease. Healthcare was a full-time job for my family.

Our goal is to end the burden of care you're sick, or caring for someone who is, the hard part is everything after the hospital: the referral that never arrives, the test result nobody calls about, the bill that makes no sense, and everything in between.

For my dad, he spent hours on the phone to book an MRI. When he showed up, they told him to his face that insurance had stopped covering it. Then insurance told him to call a list of other offices and get the paperwork sent over himself, and he ended up giving up.

That’s why we’ve trained Vene to handle the toughest aspects of healthcare:
- Coordinating several specialists at once
- Challenging surprise bills and treatment denials
- Catching missed follow-ups and care gaps

My mom uses Vene to coordinate her primary care and endocrinologist, automatically refill and renew her prescriptions, and manage my little sister’s dental appointments.

They were my first users, and now over 5,000 families use Vene, and we're deploying it to another 50,000 patients across provider networks in the US.

The answer to every AI problem can’t be “buy more GPUs.”

Skyfall reports 51–125x faster performance and 150–210x lower cost on its engineering benchmarks with a different architecture.

Proud to be investors in @spisallyouneed and the @skyfallai team since the beginning!
Introducing SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model.
On CAD and BIM tasks, it beats GPT-6 Astra and every frontier model we tested:

-> 51-125x faster
- > 150-210x cheaper
-> Higher IOU than all frontier models

SKY-001 lets you dream a physical object before you build it.

We’re building all-day optical glasses that will be a bona fide computing device. Invisible, ambient computing, available at your fingertips, that fades away when you’re not using it. Our assistant is designed to be the logical operating system of that device — one that’s voice oriented and as intuitive as talking to a friend.
Frames you love to wear, with an assistant you enjoy talking to.

Voice assistants available to everyone today. Glasses coming 2027.

This release is a step towards our vision—a voice OS on the frames that can connect to your tools, act on your behalf, and help you throughout /t.co/OEQs8yJJyf

Agents are getting better. Their mistakes are getting weirder.

This is why we invested in @lemma_ . Sign up before your agents turn everything into paperclips.

Most AI startups are building harnesses on top of LLMs. VCs and founders are celebrating how the ‘AI software engineer’ is the breakthrough of our generation.

There used to be a time when @Yahoo and the @AOL were the undisputed kings of the internet by being the best curators ing information on the web. However, they lost relevance very quickly because they were optimizing for the easy win (curating information manually via humans instead of indexing and searching all the websites). Google’s page rank algorithm quickly became the dominant search tool and paved the path for @Google to be the ultimate winner in the race.

30 years have now passed and we are at a similar junction of time again. Instead of focusing on the low hanging fruits of building ‘AI co-pilot’ experience, we want to re-imagine completely autonomous businesses end-to-end. We are building the foundation layer of super intelligent enterprises that require little to no human intervention, which we call ‘AI CEO’. The benefits of this are quite obvious and profound - increased productivity for the entire human race so that all of us can focus on our own passions in sports, arts, creativity or spending time with our loved ones.

I shared more about @SkyfallAI's next steps in the @nytimes article that came out this weekend.

Thank you @SarahFKessler and @andrewrsorkin for the feature.

let me know if you have a SaaS company to sell!
Yesterday, we came out of stealth at @skyfallai in Forbes and today we're excited to announce that Skyfall AI is featured in the @WSJ's newsletter.

We believe in a utopian world that will be achieved over the next decade, where humans will work in their own creative interests in ts, arts or philosophy while machines will do all the mundane operational tasks. We want to free humanity from all the monotonous boring operational tasks that they spend their daily lives doing.

The only way to achieve this vision is via creating autonomous enterprises, i.e., companies that can run by themselves with minimal human intervention. After 15 years of building in the AI space, one thing is certain. LLMs are static systems that fail at

- Long horizon planning tasks
- High consequential decision-making
- Sample efficiency
- Dynamic environment adaptation

These skills are required by a business to survive and grow. Unfortunately, LLMs are not designed for the real world constraints of running an organization.

Our solution is Enterprise World Models grounded in Continual Learning and World Modeling. We're taking a fundamentally different approach because we have always believed in 0 to 1 research, and not incremental n+1 RL fine tuning.

We are acquiring SaaS businesses to prove our thesis for creating AI systems for the post scarcity world. This is a call to all SaaS founders to submit your company if you’re interested (🔗 in comments)

Thank you Sarah @sarahklearman for covering our story on @WSJ

Today we present Morpheus, a persistent enterprise simulation platform designed to make Continual Learning a reality. Morpheus is the world’s first real world Reinforcement Learning environment.

Every Reinforcement Learning environment operates in the game world. Benchmarks like Co, and Procgen are all small, game-like worlds that reset every few minutes.

But the real world never resets. A business keeps running and evolving everyday.

We tested how frontier LLMs would perform in realistic and dynamic business environments 🧬on Morpheus. The main conclusion was that LLMs are not continual learners.

🧵Here’s how we did it and what we learned:

we spent months working on the infrastructure for agents to pay and the supply for them to buy.

it was good, we had usage and we still support it.

locusfounder[dot]com is the natural evolution and next step.

we were consistently asked: "why give an agent a dollar if it can't earn one?"

we sat with this for awhile and initially wanted to wait for the market to catch up, but we decided that was the weak way out.

so instead, we built.

locus founder represents every efficiency and achievement we've been working towards since founding locus.

locus founder is an AI agent you can text that can run every part of the business for you: product sourcing, website creation, distribution across numerous platforms, pay ins and payouts and many more.

it also uses our infrastructure. every locus founder user is a:
- pay with locus wallet
- build with locus deployment
- pay-per-use API payee

this is the natural evolution in agents interaction with the economy and we're happy to be the ones driving it.

try it today.
