I’m sorry to those I hurt. I don’t like this feeling, it’s been haunting me because I honestly hate hurting people. No one ever wins, there’s never positive results and it’s not productive. Kind people are my people and Karma is real.
I’ll be damned if I loose myself in these negative consuming thoughts anymore. I’ve started to become the very things I despise in people.
Even if others can’t or don’t want to forgive, that’s okay. I choose to give myself grace, I got carried away in emotions rather than heart.

Three important witnesses are expected in court today: Diala Alkhalil, Dr. María del Mar Capó-Martínez, and William Farwell.
DIALA ALKHALIL — SANDRA’S THERAPIST
Alkhalil, a licensed mental health counselor, first treated Sandra when she was 10 or 11 years old and resumed treating her in 2016 after Sandra lost her mother and grandmother. She treated Sandra for anxiety, depression, grief, and panic attacks, and regularly assessed her mental health.
Her testimony is particularly important because their final therapy session took place on January 31, 2021 — the day before Sandra was found dead. Alkhalil testified that Sandra seemed more like herself, that her anxiety had decreased, and that she saw no indication of suicidal ideation. She also discussed Sandra’s pregnancy, her concerns about the baby, her recent Zoloft prescription, and a reported experience in which Sandra believed she saw her deceased mother holding her unborn child.
The defense is expected to continue challenging Alkhalil’s assessment, including Sandra’s mental health history, previous struggles, and the interpretation of that final session. The jury must weigh the therapist’s clinical observations against the defense’s argument that Sandra died by suicide.

Capó-Martínez performed Sandra’s autopsy and originally determined that her cause of death was asphyxia by hanging and her manner of death was suicide. That determination became a central part of the initial investigation.
In May 2026, the Massachusetts Office of the Chief Medical Examiner amended Sandra’s death certificate, listing the cause as asphyxia and the manner as undetermined. Federal prosecutors now allege that Sandra was strangled and that her death was staged to look like a suicide.
Capó-Martínez’s testimony could be crucial to understanding the original autopsy, the injuries documented during the examination, how the initial cause and manner of death were determined, and what evidence informed that conclusion. Her testimony may also help explain the medical findings that are now being scrutinized alongside the prosecution’s theory of homicide.

Karen Read still doesn't have 2 cell phones back that were given in Feb 2024 over witness intimidation charges that a grand jury did not indict her on.
Matthew Farwell is currently on trial in federal court for the murder of Sandra Birchmore.
Karen Read was acquitted of the murder of John O'Keefe in 2025.

Within this new regulation proposal, it appears the POST Commission is seeking to close the loophole that the City of Boston used to avoid sanctioning Boston PD Commissioner Michael Cox at Attorney Alan Jackson’s request.
Jackson sent a letter to Boston’s Mayor Michelle Wu and e Zuniga one year ago on 10/27/25. In the letter, he called for Cox to be added to the Brady List and for POST to initiate a full disciplinary review, after it was proven that Cox lied to the media and the public on video about his knowledge of one of his own officers, Kelly Dever’s, involvement in the Karen Read case.
Even though POST defines the Commissioner as a law enforcement officer who shall face the same sanctions for misconduct, the City of Boston told them that pursuant to their own regulations, Commissioner Cox is an executive civilian, not a “sworn law enforcement officer.”🙄

@insatanitypag infinitely better work than me on this trial. He is at work. He is an independent journalist. I am a Norfolk County resident attending a federal trial to learn about the misconduct and corruption my tax dollars fund, and to support Sandra’s loved ones in their quest for justice for Sandra and her unborn baby.
There are a lot of people to be angry at in this case: Matthew Farwell, Robert Devine, Billy Farwell, John Fanning, Michael Morrissey, Matthew Dunne, Brian Tully…to name a few. That list includes morally bankrupt people in power eager to use their position to shield the pedophiles, rapists and murderer on the list.
Yet you chose to lash out at my bank account and my notebook, and that says so much more about you than it ever will about me.
