I stopped going to the gym and didn’t eat any fast food for 3 months. Lost 20 lbs and got back to my college weight. Goal is to just add muscle now.

I'll take it right from Mista Bird's mouth himself
"Larry in his prime is one of the 10 best players of all time... Apex LeBron James is a level that maybe one other person has ever gotten to." — @getnickwright and DP argue over LeBron vs. Bird in their primes.

See how the bare minimum gets him in convos he’s not actually built for? 38 year old Bron averaged 29 over a SEASON that ended in the WCF but Steph the new face after 5 games as his team sits in 10th place? Then he’ll suddenly become irrelevant again when they lose in the play-in.
Is Steph Curry the new face of longevity? 👀

The decline in the nuclear family is the biggest problem in the black community. You repair it and many other problems in the community to start to resolve themselves. They weren’t really listening to you brother but keep fighting the good fight.
I wasn’t going to bring up marriage and family, but @angela_rye opened the door so I had to be honest about both why—and where—I do my work. This interaction is why it is so important to have conversations that cross political and ideological lines.

LeBron is about to begin his 24th NBA season.
To put that longevity in context, had Michael Jordan extended his career that far, he would have faced Kyrie Irving.
Bill Russell would have been teammates with Larry Bird.
And Bird himself would have faced Amare Stoudemire.

You only feel this way because of how he voted. We only know this because of how he voted. There's literally another juror who has an assault and battery charge but she voted the right way so it's crickets
If you've been criminally charged with grabbing someone by the throat you shouldn't be on the jury in a trial about strangulation.
That shouldn't have to be said.
This trail is nuts.
