The flip over of POWER in a country happens when you no longer hold the majority of fighting aged men. Holding the overall majority with over 40’s for a further 2 decades is irrelevant.
The latest demographics at current statistical trends, point to that date being 18 years time, 2044.
WOW, I just wrote that year down for the first time and realised the significance.
A tiny 100 years after Britain defeated the Nazis. Britain will have invited itself to be colonised and defeated without a single bullet fired. All at the hands of an EU led the Germans we defeated and the French we saved!!

Woke Church of England faces financial disaster, report warns due to wasting £290 million on net zero and "slavery reperations"
A new report says the Church is heading for disaster as 37 out of 42 dioceses are now in deficit.
It is spending on a £190 million net zero programme not meet by 2030 and a £100 million slavery reparations fund under Project Spire.
Dioceses have employed 80% more staff since 2005 including net zero officers and racial justice leads while attendance and donations fall.
The authors say more and more money is going on administration while churchgoing declines.
Are they shooting themselves in the foot here?

Oxfam paid white staff 33% less than black or ethnic minority employees while Cancer Research UK and the British Red Cross also paid white workers less on average. Reform UK accused the charities of using positive action schemes that discriminate against white British staff.
Oxfam said the gap might reflect higher disclosure rates among better paid ethnic minority staff and denied discrimination.

After landing my new job as a B & Q “Greeter - a good find for many retirees. I lasted less than a day . About two hours into my first day on the job a very loud, unattractive, mean-acting Caernarfon babe walked into the store with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. As I had been instructed, I said, pleasantly,
"Good morning and welcome to B & Q." I then said,
"Nice children you have there. Are they twins?"
The woman stopped yelling long enough to say,
"No, they ain't effin twins. The oldest one's 9, and the other one's 7, why the hell would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or just effin stupid?"
I replied, "I'm neither blind nor stupid, Madam. I just couldn't believe someone shagged you twice... Have a good day and thank you for shopping at B & Q."
My supervisor said I probably wasn't cut out for this line of work.
