My friend makes $1.2 million a year as an Anthropic engineer.

I asked him how he learned prompting so well. He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Their core team's prompting playbook.

You won’t find anything better about prompting than this 30 minutes last night. Halfway through, I realized I've been using Claude completely wrong for two years.

Watch it, then read the article below.

One day, a billionaire was saying goodbye to his longtime secretary as she retired. Wanting to thank her for years of loyalty, he decided to give her a few million dollars so she’d never have to worry about money again.

To his surprise, the secretary shook her head and said,
I already have a few billion of my own.”

Completely stunned, the billionaire replied,
“But… how? You’ve only ever made five or six thousand dollars a month. How could you possibly save that much?”

She smiled and said,
“All those years, I sat in on your meetings. When you were on the phone buying land or stocks, I quietly did the same, just on a smaller scale. I copied your moves. So when you made millions, I made hundreds of thousands. And when you made billions, I made millions.”

💡 Life lesson:
Who you surround yourself with matters. There are people who drain your energy… and people who lift you higher.

Bees always lead you to flowers.
Surround yourself with people who inspire growth, not negativity.

When you walk with smart people, you grow wiser.
When you walk with driven people, you start aiming higher.
When you walk with dreamers, you learn to dream bigger.

But if you spend your time with those who complain, who have no dreams, no goals, they’ll only pull you down.

👉 Choose your circle wisely.
👉 Build the kind of environment that fuels your growth.
👉 And be that positive force for the people around you.

This is f*cking insane. Nobel Prize winner and DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis:

"One person who really understands AI will outperform an entire startup team

In 5 years, the people who build with AI will run whole companies with a tenth of the headcount"

In this 1-hour talk, urvives the next 5 years and who doesn't

Prompts → Agents → Workflows → Automated Departments

Understanding AI doesn't mean typing better questions into a chatbot

It means chaining agents into workflows that run entire departments on their own

95% of people still use AI like a calculator, the 5% who treat it like infrastructure will run everything

Worth more than any $2,000 AI course

Watch it today, then save the full harness engineering guide below before everyone catches up ↓

ChatGPT Is Building Detailed Psychological Profiles of Its Users
"...there is no boundary anymore; the system is acting as your advisor, your friend, your doctor, your lawyer, and so it has information on everything."

By Maggie Harrison Dupré

Chatbots are building intimate “algorithmic self-portraits” of users as they retain information to offer a hyper-personalized experience, researchers warn.

A recent study, conducted by a coalition of scientists in Germany, India and the Netherlands and presented at the ACM Web Conference 2026, investigated the ways that OpenAI’s ChatGPT has tracked and made sense of user inputs to develop comprehensive digital profiles of users.

Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI):

"You no longer need to write prompts."

In just 38 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT at a level that most people can't even imagine.

It's a talk he gave to Stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night.

After watching it, I ing advantage of about 15% of what this tool can really do.

Agentic Inequality
nature.com/articles/s4225…
✍️ @mattjsharp @IasonGabriel et al. via @NatMachIntell

👉 The paper introduces the concept of agentic inequality, defining it as the emerging disparities in power, opportunity, and societal outcomes caused by unequal access to
👉 The authors argue that this divide is uniquely dangerous compared to past technological gaps because AI agents act as autonomous delegates rather than static tools, introducing novel power asymmetries through the deployment of parallel "worker" swarms and direct, automated agent-to-agent competition.

💡 By framing AI access as the unequal distribution of an independent, highly scalable workforce, the paper shifts the AI ethics conversation from "who gets answers" to a much more volatile geopolitical and economic question: "who gets to wield automated institutional power?

Foxconn estimates that virtual factory modelling could reduce planning and setup times by approximately 50%. This is where digital twins become powerful: moving beyond visual representations to simulate, predict and optimise industrial operations before physical implementation. Could digital twins become as essential to factories as enterprise software is today?

According to the International Federation of Robotics, 4.66 million industrial robots were operating worldwide in 2024. We are moving towards an economy where machines don't just automate repetitive tasks but increasingly perceive, learn and interact with physical environments. How will this change the skills we need in manufacturing and engineering?

One of my key takeaways from NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026 is that Europe's opportunity lies in connecting its engineering and manufacturing expertise with AI infrastructure, robotics and industrial data. Germany has a strong industrial foundation, but can Europe scale physical AI fast enough to compete globally?

Amazon has now surpassed one million deployed robots across its operations. The question is no longer whether intelligent machines will become part of the workforce, but how humans and machines will collaborate. What new roles will emerge as robotics becomes more autonomous, and how should education systems prepare people for them?

We are entering an era where AI could significantly reduce the costs of manufacturing, logistics and essential services. But greater productivity does not automatically translate into greater prosperity for everyone. If AI factories can generate unprecedented economic value, what policies, business models and institutions will ensure that workers and communities share in the benefits?
