It's so narrow minded pov, these paths are completely different. You risk getting stuck in your job because UPSC/PCS can't be cracked in just 3–4 hours a day. Your competitors study for 12 hours. This strategy is nothing but a dopamine hit giving you a false sense of achievement.

Rasagola has been served to Lord Jagannath 🙏🏻 since 10th century.
Similarly it is okay calling hi because it’s the same word in Hindi and Odia as well so the lingual variations are perfectly okay.

Rajmannar commitee recommended abolition of IAS, IPS and IFS not because of incompetency and corruption of the services, but because that the All-India Services infringed upon state autonomy and personnel administration. Because officers are recruited, trained, and structurally managed by the Central Government, the committee highlighted concerns that these officers often acted as agents of the Union Government, undermining the authority of state-level ministries. To restore federal balance, it proposed that recruitment and administrative management should be left entirely to individual states ~ A separatist and more corrupt demand.
In short Rajmannar commitee recommendation was not short of separtism and independence of southern states..
It also recommended Repeal of President's Rule: Deletion of Articles 356, 357, and 365, which allow the Centre to dismiss state governments...
