Ugh YouTube, why did you change the layout of the mobile app? Now I’m forever going to hit that + button when I just want to see my subs.
Going to start posting weird videos on YouTube because of this.

I’m going to play with this later today. Gotta try it.
Now live: abliterated-model-large-flash (our version of DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017). It is a cheaper alternative to our GLM-5.3-based model for product owners and defenders who need access to the most cyber-capable models.
- 1M context
- Vision
- Zero input/output retention or training
We believe paying customers should be in control, and over the past few months, leading experts and major brands have adopted our models.

I measure my yogurt every day to 170 grams.
I’ve done it so much that today, I took one spoonful and slopped it into a bowl and got it spot on. 💪
It’s always 170g of yogurt and 1 oz blueberries to start. Then it’s vibes on what else.

I’ve used a fair bit of deepseek models but man, I’m not going through kyc to do this. You don’t need to know me that well. Trust me bro.
Introducing DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 Abliterated, live now on Morph, available through our Model APIs.
It feels more important to release this than ever before, with hacks in the past week affecting everything from PHP to recognizable brands like Railway and OpenCode.
Attackers now run abliterated models against your infrastructure 24/7. You need to do the same in defense.
That said, we're not allowing just anyone to sign up and use this. You'll have to go through KYC and explain your intentions first.

I just learned that not all frappucinos have coffee in it.
I know nothing about coffee. This is probably the most basic information.

Made a cinnamon crumble cake for my family. Served it with vanilla ice cream. My younger kid drizzled a little chocolate syrup on hers.
Living vicariously through my family. I don’t even remember what sweet food tastes like.

Wings Wednesday.
This became a tradition when I went to Costco and accidentally bought 40lbs of wings.
This is the last batch! And we’d probably buy more because it’s a family favorite.

Last night I was talking to an LLM about an idea I had.
It worked up an idea using git. I argued git wasn’t going to cover all the bases and that we should have a server that agents can communicate with before tool use so that we’re not relying on a user pushing to git.
It argued with me so hard. In the end, after pointing out all the edge cases and restating the objective, the LLM was beaten into submission and said I was right.
Felt like old days of trying to prove I done my homework before writing an RFC.

Finally someone with some real talk. Come back to reality.
In 1994, software was dead. People told me programming was for nerds and that I should become a doctor or a lawyer instead.
In 2004, software was dead. People told me that someone from India would take my job for $5/hour.
In 2014, software was dead. People told me that no-code was going to kill every job and doom my career.
In 2024, software was dead with Devin, Windsurf, Copilot, and OpenAI o1.
We kill software every 10 years, and yet the demand for good Software Engineers has never been higher.

I think there’s so much more Jetbrains can be doing than selling their IDE as a way to verify what agents did.
Like LLMs and many coding tools comes out and this is all you got?
Like LLMs and many coding tools comes out and this is all you got?
An agent writes the code now. Do you still need an IDE?
You do if you want to understand and verify what the agent did.
🎥 In our new video, we talk about the role of an IDE now that humans aren't the only ones working on the code. youtu.be/AHFGMkzrfwM

Classic LinkedIn. The "you're always the winner" mindset even when you're a loser.
I accidentally pooped my pants during a meeting today
But it wasn't a crisis—It was an opportunity to lean into vulnerability and practice radical composure during an unexpected operational disruption in the workplace.
These moments remind us that true leadership is about navigating discomfort with grace, maintaining professionalism under pressure, and quickly pivoting to contingency protocols.
With my steady hand at the ship, others in the room were hardly bothered by the foul stench emanating from my pants
Grateful for the chance to strengthen my resilience muscle and model authenticity for the team. #GrowthMindset #WorkplaceResilience #AuthenticLeadership #AlwaysLearning

Using an LLM to do UI work makes me realize how designers felt went they gave you a pixel perfect design and you somehow still came up with something totally different.
I’m sorry, designers. I’m sorry.

Reinventing yourself is probably the most valuable skill over the next 5 years. I think there are very few things in life that you can do forever.
I say this while thinking about AI assisted coding which over the last year, has made me really consider what the heck am I doing. I was reluctant for a long time. I discounted AI coding skills thinking "it's just english, I don't need to learn it"
But now, I think discounting new skills was really me just being nostalgic of how devs used to code. I loved those times. But now that I'm a little more accepting, I've been having a blast trying to merge new skills into my old skills so that they coexist rather than conflict. The realization being why not do both.
It looks different for everyone. But this is how I'm thinking right now.
End braindump.

You can't tell me this isn't the cutest thing I've ever made for my kids. It is actually the cutest thing.
Needs work still (mostly the backend) but the idea is there and I think this can be so good! So wholesome.
I miss doing UI work. Sort of. This was fun.

Loaded up the bikes, drove out of the canyon I lived in, rode bikes to the park, and watched my kids play. Then we rode bikes back to the car and came home where my husband was grilling tri-tip and chicken.
I love my family.

My Minecraft server got hacked because after migrating it, I didn't lock it down. Fortunately, I have regular backups to "undo" the damage.
But the more interesting part is using an LLM to look at the logs to see when our base was destroyed and by who. I probably wouldn't have looked into specifics if I had to do it myself.
All is good. Thanks AI for saving the day (for my kids at least).
