Reason is poor propaganda when opposed by the yammering, unceasing lies of shrewd and evil and self-serving men. The little man has no way to judge and the shoddy lies are packaged more attractively.
There is no way to offer color to a colorblind man, nor is there any way for us to give the man of imperfect brain the canny skill to distinguish a lie for a truth.

We formally put Vanity Fair and Condé Nast on notice regarding the false and defamatory allegations published about our client, Jared Kushner.
Serious questions are now being raised about the credibility of this reporting, including by independent journalists.
Despite repeated s failed to produce a single bank statement, wire transfer record, account number, or other verifiable evidence supporting these extraordinary accusations.
We have seen no indication that Vanity Fair conducted any independent verification of these claims before publishing them.
We call on Vanity Fair to clarify publicly whether it independently verified these allegations and, if so, what evidence supports them. Or did it simply republish the author’s claims without conducting its own fact-checking?
We have demanded that Vanity Fair remove the article and preserve all records relating to its reporting, fact-checking, editorial review, and publication.
Letter attached. More to come.

So let me get this straight, we are supposed to be outraged over Vivek’s ad but Amy Acton voters are allowed to get away with chanting “free Luigi” at the Obama rally in Ohio today where everyone cheered for a murderer?
Amy Acton clearly supports political violence.
This is disgusting. @amyactonoh is a psychopath.

Cheers for Luigi Mangione just broke out from Amy Acton and Sherrod Brown voters at the Obama rally in Ohio just now!!
In case you needed any more evidence that Democrats support political violence, this clip should be played on every single Ohio news station until Election Day is over.
Sherrod Brown @SenSherrodBrown grinned as one of the attendees of the Obama rally in Ohio today shouted “Free Luigi”, a reference to Luigi Mangione, the radical leftist who plead guilty to the December 4, 2024, fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan, New York City.
This rally was held for Amy Acton @amyactonoh and @SenSherrodBrown.
Ohio, vote like your life depends on it, as the Democrats think it’s ok to murder people you disagree with.
This is way worse than any ad run by @VivekGRamaswamy.
Amy Acton supporters are psychopaths.

Letting Leftist aggressors know that if they start a civil war that we'll be ready to finish it is not "calling for a civil war."
It's warning bad people not to start one.
I wish everyone could understand the difference.

I just came across this in an Open Society Foundations document about how to fix public “mistrust” of liberal "democracy," and I honestly feel sick reading it. I've read many alarming quotes, but few are so "mask off" like this.
"I believe the time has come for a responsible, who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general good—to whom the electorate… can cede part of their sovereignty in the elections—will be able to justify public trust and spearhead... our struggle to survive.""
Read that again. The proposed solution to the public's distrust in democracy... is less democracy.
An unelected "elite" to whom the public should cede sovereignty.
Abolish democracy to save democracy. This kind of thinking is what we're up against.

Trump officials who commit crimes should face accountability, and when I said that out loud, the Trump administration and his allies took it personally.
That should tell you something.

🚨 NEW: For the @WSJ, @Hartz_PhD and I expose the ideological takeover of the American Psychological Association.
The APA is facing the possible loss of its federal accreditation authority following allegations of widespread antisemitism.
But while the APA's antisemitism s only a symptom of a much deeper ideological rot.
The organization has become so captured by radical left-wing political activism that its commitment to scientific objectivity competence is now in serious doubt.
We examined the program for this year's major APA Division 39 conference, which drew nearly 800 attendees and held 90 panels over four days.
By our count, roughly 70 of the 90 panels were overtly political, and always left-wing. Topics included abolishing the family, queer anarchist psychoanalysis, dismantling gender assessment guidelines, and white supremacy. One session even concluded with a drag show.
There was at least some hope that the threat of losing federal accreditation might prompt some institutional soul-searching. It didn't.
Instead, APA members just elected Candice Hargons as their next president. Her campaign identifies "systemic intersectional oppression" as the profession's "common enemy" and calls for rejecting the traditional scientific notions of objectivity.
Psychologists wield enormous influence over vulnerable patients, and the people seeking treatment deserve the peace of mind knowing that the care they're receiving care is evidence based and not tainted radical politics.
We believe most would agree that federal accreditation should actually mean something. If the APA cannot distinguish its scientific mission from its political activism, the Education Department should reconsider whether it deserves the government's endorsement as an authority over psychological training.

NEW: Los Angeles County elections officials confirm in court filing that they have no way to verify U.S. citizenship for voters and they rely solely on a voter’s attestation when they check yes or no to being a U.S. citizen under penalty of perjury. This is part of ongoing lawsuit w/ Feds.
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not ,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

California has almost 900,000 dirty names on its voter lists. Every single one is an opportunity for voter fraud.
Let’s be clear about the facts: California has more than 23 million registered voters — the 28 cases of alleged voter fraud announced this morning represent .0001% of that total.
Isolated cases of voter fraud occur in red and blue states alike. As I’ve said repeatedly, any n of voter fraud should be taken seriously and, when supported by the facts and law, prosecuted.
We have safeguards in place to protect election integrity, and they’re working.
