#BREAKING: the Ninth Circuit DISMISSED the Trump Admin’s request to segregate and not count any mail-in ballots that may be returned by a list of approximately 20,000 individuals it “believes” are “likely” noncitizens.
When we asked the Trump Admin for proof that these people efused to provide it, and last week the Trump DOJ’s #2 official admitted that the list could sweep in U.S. citizens.
