@SenBlumenthalllied nations with Ukraine should impose severe sanctions on business interests of those who supported Putin's regime. This covers holdings of Witkoff, Trump, and Musk, plus firms buying Russian energy assets tied to Trump's circle. After reports that Musk and Trump limited Starlink/Starshield in ways that aided Russian actions against Europe, strict sanctions should target Starlink and their companies. Congress should enact matching steps.

@SenBlumenthalo take a 10% full voting share in SpaceXAI with Board seat. There needs to be a review and perhaps repricing of SpaceX launch arrangements at US owned bases, and U S airspace. Launches need to be throttled when Ukraine services are throttled.

If it’s this bad now, wait until Elon possesses a super intelligent AI model. That’s essentially a nuke.

AI needs to be in stable hands, not a highly political capricious ego driven decision maker. He is unreliable.

Hey Elon, Polish deputy PM Radek Sikorski got you by your balls, as always 👀

Remember, without customers and government contracts you are a nothing, you will be worthless. Stop this russian style dis/misinformation campaign, it works the other way around, people don’t fall for this anymore

@SenBlumenthal spent nothing to build the constellation. They have contracted for the privilege of using it because it's incredible tech that is irreplicable. They are a customer entitled to what their contract says they are entitle to, nothing more. Ukraine IS getting access to the service. They just want to continue to abuse and break their user agreement. Some reports say they have been hacking their terminals to allow faster speeds that aren't allowed. Unless you are a closet fascist coming out, stick to the facts and contract law.

@SenBlumenthalvernment spends billions on critical communications systems, Congress has every reason to ask who can restrict them and under what authority.

#Ukrainian offi#Ukrainianl report Starshield limitations, while Musk is making sweeping allegations about Ukraine without presenting evidl failures and the decision-making behind them deserve scrutiny.

📍 між українськими людьми існує «величезна різниця стимулів»: перші, за його словами, «дуже розбагатіли» на сотнях мільярдів допомоги, тоді як «дітей останніх мобілізують помирати в окопах»;

📍 частина грошей американських платників податків нібито повертається до США через «схеми відмивання» для фінансування політичних кампаній. Доказів цього твердження Маск у дописі не навів.

Чи погоджуєтеся ви зі словами найбагатшої людини світу?

@SenBlumenthal What troubles me more is your apparent indifference to the possibility that Ukrainians might readily hack Starlink. You appear comfortable with this risk, focusing instead on how we allocate resources. I wonder how deeply you prioritize our security.

@SenBlumenthale@grok rephrase this:

Countries allied with Ukraine ought to impose crippling sanctions on all business interests owned by those who aided Vladimir Putin's regime.

This includes businesses owned by Witkoff, Trump, and Elon Musk, plus companies buying Russian energy assets linked to Trump's circle.

After Elon Musk and Trump slowed Starlink in ways that assisted Putin's actions against Europe, draconian sanctions should hit Starlink and all of Musk's and Trump's businesses. US Congress should pass similar measures.

@SenBlumenthal not on the front lines, so you do not know if it is really happening or if that claim is just meant to try and manipulate our elections; second, even if it did slow down, you do not actually know if it was intentional, or done by our government, i.e., the president, or if it was a glitch, hacking, as you are just speculating. What about you? Are you waiting until the total investigation is done?

So it turns out that Ukraine's issues with Starlink were caused by Ukraine.

Starlink terminals disconnected at speeds above 160 KPH, as determined by the Starlink terminals internal GPS.

To get around this, Ukraine hacked the Starlink terminals to think they were stationary regardless of speed.

SpaceX figured this out, and updated the system software to detect excessive speed by seeing how rapidly the terminal switched from on satellite to another. This broke Ukraine's hack, and Starlink would no longer work at high speeds.

Ukraine was using Starlink in a way that violated the terms of service.

Starlink figured it out and stopped it.

@SenBlumenthal Yet the Biden administration canceled the Starlink broadband for rural areas access because it was not possible for Starlink to deliver.

Which one is true here.
