What im doing is being objective. I’m not saying Sirianni is perfect. I’m saying Eagles fans generally are hardly ever objective. And by extension the national media is not either.
Andy Reid was a good cagainst NE with a back up QB. Sirianni has never missed the playoffs been to two SBs and won one of them. So Reid isn’t even the 2nd best HC in Philly history.
Objectively speaking…that is impossible to do if you are (or have) a bad HC. It’s impossible. Reid couldnt do it in Philly and he’s considered one of the best in history.
Why is Sirianni and Hurts judged in a way that no other HC and QB is judged? Every outstanding result gets some bullshit caveat. Every failure is a lack of intelligence and talent. It’s kind of ridiculous.

Gruden. I think it would be idiotic to replace Sirianni. In his first 5 seasons he is a top 5 HC - ALL TIME. But yeah, I have been in Philly for a long time and between us fans and the talk radio people, you actually can room someone off the team. I’ve seen it.

Well color me impressed. I believe @BruceDMaiden liked my post, which means he understood what I was saying, is very cool, and is as I stated: an all timer.
As individuals, Freddie Mercury is the best rock singer in history. Brian May is a better guitarist than either of the guys in Maiden. Their music and harmonies are put together in such a way that it elevates what’s already terrific.
That doesn’t mean that Queen didn’t write some awful songs…they did. And it doesn’t mean that I think Iron Maiden is bad. As a matter of fact, Bruce Dickinson is an all timer…Steve Harris is as well. Iron Maiden is a great band.
In my opinion, they weren’t in the top 5 bands of all time, and for me Queen is top 5 all time.
