🚨To top it all off, the Rep. Barr Amendment #54 ON HR 8646 only prohibits cannabinoid synthesis if the starting material is other than hemp.
Meaning, if you use CBD as a precursor like the hemp loopholers have done for years, it would still be legal to synthesize Delta-8 THC & THC-p bill / amendment is basically a loophole stacked on-top of a loophole to allow the gas station weed vapes to continue to proliferate under the guise of legal hemp.
The Chinese organized crime networks have already tapped this revenue channel and the entire country is flooded with gas station weed vapes contaminated with pesticides and god knows what else.
