in the last 24 hours this rack
- handled 6.77T tokens
- p50 TTFT was 1.16s
- p50 TPS was 143
unfortunately p95 isn't looking great because one of the trays is flakey
but as soon as we get it replaced...this is gonna be amazing

we had some fun news to share but got side tracked
we did our first test run on a new GPU rack with our new deepseek inference setup
the price/perf we're getting is better than every single vendor that we've found. and there's still more optimization to do

At leat 5 different teams are trying to replace npm and probably 20 for GitHub, it’s not gonna work unless it’s purely open-source, collaborative and zero-ish trust

I started using tsrs so naturally I needed effect-tsrs (effect tsgo port). So... github.com/yielded-dev/ef…
pnpm add @yielded/effect-tsrs

i was wrong about effect
when @schickling bent my ear for an hour at next conf (rip) 2 years ago i told him it would never happen
impossible nobody has time for all that because
@EffectTS_ is a lifestyle choice,
developers resist change,
it's too much surface area and vocabulary
all true, for humans, but the calculus totally changes with agents and effect's extremely robust nature isn't cognitive load for my smooth ass brain
now being all in, accepting the lifestyle choice, and building modular bullet proof apps can be your default
love this for us

Effect is one of the best things that has happened to our tech stack at Warp. Sponsoring this was the easiest decision ever

vibing out a couple of @EffectTS_ libs for react:
- type-safe error boundaries, stolen from @jokull's result-rpc
- some effect-atom port of raf-query, which i vibed out last week
hopefully they'll just be good enough ideas for someone to make better libs from

People replying memory never looked at a process manager, literally 99% of memory issues are Claude and Codex leaking all the time. If it wasn’t for Anthropic restrictions we could live in a good place
Hey @grok what are the biggest issues people have with T3 Code today?

I guess we have to
Alright. @npmjs is officialy dead (to me). Actually scratch that. It's just dead. Period. Time to put our tokens where our mouth is and replace it with something better. It's long overdue.

🚀 Excited to welcome 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻 (@devinjameson) to 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗶 #𝟯!
Devin is the creator of @foldkit, an ambitious open-source frontend framework built on Effect and inspired by The Elm Architecture.
Foldkit rethinks frontend development around able transitions, and composable effects. What makes it especially exciting is its approach to AI-native development: DevTools and MCP integration that let agents inspect application state, trace events, and even rewind the UI.
With a background spanning product design and engineering, Devin brings a fascinating perspective on how we can build better software for both humans and AI agents.
It’s a real pleasure to welcome him to our Miami developer community!

@Railway you're all better than me at this but just some of what we've seen if it helps - they're not going to stop. it's going to get increasingly sophisticated and they're going to go after every surface of your system and all of your employees
any old projects you've long forgotten about will be found and used against you
the only reason we're surviving is because we have agents going 24/7. we're still barely sleeping
good luck, sorry you're dealing with this, but really it's a collective problem we're all facing together
