@Meta multiple attempts, I subscribed to Meta Verified on 30 Sept and raised a support case. I was told the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours. It has now been 4 days, but there is still no resolution.
I’m also unable to properly connect with a support agent for an update.
How long are users expected to wait without a proper response? Our time, work and responsibilities matter too.
Please look into my case urgently and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
