We went home. We went back to our hospitals. We went back to injecting children with chemotherapy that we KNEW was unnecessary.

🚨 H-1B VISA ISSUANCE HAS COLLAPSED 52%. BUT THE H-1B LOTTERY STILL FILLED.
A new analysis of State Department records reveals:
• H-1B visas: Down 52%.
• H-2B visas: Down 44%.
• Student and exchange visas: Down 29%.
• Temporary worker visas overall: Down 29%.
These figures rough February 2026 with the same period a year earlier.
But here’s what matters.
The H-1B lottery still reached its annual cap.
How is that possible?
Because the lottery and visa issuance measure two different things.
The lottery selects registrations for potential H-1B petitions.
State Department data measures visas issued at U.S. consulates abroad.
Workers changing from OPT to H-1B status inside the United States generally don’t need a new visa stamp.
Neither do H-1B workers transferring between employers while maintaining valid status.
And the latest lottery occurred after the period covered by this report.
So a 52% decline in visa issuance does NOT mean a 52% decline in H-1B employment.
The real questions:
Are American workers getting more opportunities?
Are employers relying on existing H-1B workers and OPT?
Or are companies simply moving more jobs overseas?
Until we measure actual employment, not just visa stamps, we don’t know whether these restrictions are creating more jobs for Americans.

many Americans will simply never apply.
And according to this ruling, the ad itself may not be enough.
An American worker may have to APPLY, get rejected, and then prove they were rejected because of their citizenship.
The sign tells Americans not to apply.
Then the law may require them to apply anyway to prove discrimination.

I don't want to have to post a page from Ramaswamy's 2023 Campaign book on here every quarter - noting how far he takes these things; how extremely anti-American and un-assimilated he is. How he literally wrote in print that Hindu Caste Brahmins (upper caste by birth) should be regarded as at the level of an implementation of classic Western Platonic Republic philosopher-kings.
The Republican party greenlit all of this. They literally refused to distance themselves from Vivek, much less punish or un-endorse him for openly suggesting that Americans don’t really deserve a place in their own country or their own job markets.
What in the Lord's Name are we doing here, folks? Wake up.
Honestly, it is NOT TOO LATE to investigate Vivek & his colluding family for their Pharma scamming. Instead the Republican Party is celebrating Anti-Competitive Mass Fraud as a valid path to the Oligarchic success and our highest public office.
How did that work out? Well, today he felt emboldened enough to express some even more extremely non-Western, un-Christian, & anti-American “cultural traditions” about rape.
Let's be frank about this: at this point, Vivek is the Ethno-Hindutva radical version of a candidate who supports Sharia & FGM in the name of “Conservative Libertarian DEI”.
The Republican Party has platformed and defended him publicly all the way through all of this. Who do you now think his actions and antics reflect on? Which organizations have embraced him, and absorbed this into their reputations?
I suggest @realDonaldTrump, @VP Vance, and the Republican Party take action to Remove Vivek Ramaswamy from the Republican Party; and in the meanwhile remove & reverse all official endorsements, and apologize for their bad judgement in backing such an awful candidate & horrible person.
Anything less is going to hit very hard. If they choose Vivek, they shall pay for it dearly; and regret it deeply.
