The SEC's initial proposal for Reg Crypto Assets was an important first step towards creating a clear fundraising pathway for builders of blockchain networks.
Yesterday, @a16zcrypto submitted recommendations to make that pathway more useful and durable.

Fred Warner has gotten away with multiple illegal hits to the head or receivers in the process of making the catch, as Troy Aikman said on the broadcast.
That was incorrect to pick up that flag, as the replay clearly showed. That was an illegal hit by Fred Warner for a blow to the head of a defenseless receiver.

Luke is one of the few who can navigate the policy and the politics. Rare. Thank you for your service, Luke!
As my chapter at @USTreasury comes to an end, I want to thank President Trump and @SecretaryBessent for the opportunity to serve at @USTreasury.
It has been an honor of a lifetime to work with such talented and patriotic colleagues within Treasury and across the Administration.
There is a lot of great work still underway; I’m looking forward to watching the policy wins continue.
