Well, it happened again. 😩In 25 years of teaching, I've had limits on copies, but we've always had paper available. Ideally I would love to purchase a case at this point. I have gift cards to put towards one. Every share helps. 📝📚🧫🔭

A BADGE IS NOT A LICENSE TO BRUTALIZE.

Without video evidence, imagine how ICE would claim the agent was attacked by a vicious protester.

Blocking an #ICE vehicle does not erase your constitutional rights. Reasonable force may be lawful. Excessive force is not. An agent who e rights and causes bodily injury can face up to 10 years under 18 USC §242.

We have worked way too hard to tolerate this shit. When will the left learn we are greater than the sum of our parts. At the end of the day, we are fighting for the democracy of THIS country. Anyone who isn’t, step aside and STFU. Midterms are literally right around the corner. #VoteBlueForDemocracy

It’s past time to put away the flowery rhetoric and bullshit slogans.

Respect what women bring to this world, or get out of the way.

Women give birth. Women raise families. Women hold households together, often while holding down careers, managing crises, and carrying o unnoticed until something doesn’t get done.

And if a woman chooses not to become a mother? That’s not a failure. That’s a choice. Her choice.

A woman’s worth is not measured by her ability or willingness to reproduce, marry, nurture, or sacrifice herself for everyone around her.

And contrary to what some would have you believe, women are not hysterical creatures incapable of maintaining a coherent thought. More often than not, they’re juggling a dozen things at once while someone stands nearby questioning whether they’re capable of handling even one.

A man is direct? He’s confident. Assertive. A natural leader.

A woman is direct? She’s difficult. Emotional. A bitch who needs to be put in her place.

Well, if that’s the banner I’m expected to fly, I fly Team Bitch proudly.

And while we’re at it, let’s get something else straight.

A woman’s body is not a man’s playground. It is not his property, his entitlement, or his to control. Her existence is not an invitation, and her silence is not consent.

Women are not here to be managed, diminished, corrected, or tolerated.

We are not supporting characters in someone else’s story.

We are intelligent, complicated, capable human beings with ambitions, opinions, boundaries, and lives of our own.

And yes, a woman can be the brightest star in your orbit. She can be your partner, your equal, your greatest ally, and the person who challenges you to become better.

But here’s what you need to understand.

She was already shining before you noticed her.

And she will continue to shine whether you appreciate her or not.

Respect her light, or get out of the damn way.
