A federal judge just PERMANENTLY DISMISSED Trump’s $10 BILLION lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal over its reporting on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

WITH PREJUDICE. He cannot refile it.

The judge said Trump was “grasping at straws.” 💥

🚨 BREAKING: A federal judge has DISMISSED Trump’s defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal over its reporting on his alleged birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein.

The judge dismissed the case WITH PREJUDICE, meaning Trump cannot simply refile the lawsuit in the same t Amendment ruling, the judge rejected Trump’s argument that his denials should have prevented the newspaper from publishing its reporting, warning that such a standard would run afoul of the Constitution.

The judge also described the Journal’s reporting as a “thoughtful and detailed investigation” and concluded that Trump’s defamation claims “lack merit.”

The judge left open the possibility that Trump could be ordered to pay the newspaper’s attorneys’ fees.

Trump can appeal, but for now, this is a major legal defeat.
