💔 Look at this little girl. She was injured and lost her hand as a result of Israeli verything she has suffered, she is still struggling to fill her container with clean water.
Her little hands should have been holding toys. Instead, she lost one of them to war and is now forced to struggle for something as basic as a drink of water.
Imagine the pain of a little girl who has already lost so much, standing beside a water truck, trying with all the strength she has left to bring water back to her family.
💧 Today, we continue distributing clean water directly to displaced families in Gaza. Children rush toward our trucks carrying empty containers, while mothers anxiously wait for their turn.
💔 But the water we deliver today will run out. Tomorrow, these same children may wake up thirsty again.
Our resources are painfully limited. Without your support, we cannot keep the water trucks moving to families in desperate need.

Gaza is absolutely one of the most important foreign policy questions of the last 25 years precisely because the stakes are so low for global powers: it asks, "Will you stop an obvious humanitarian catastrophe even though the outcome won't significantly affect your interests either way?"
This is such an interesting clash of cultures. I'm not sure Gaza ranks among even the top 20 foreign policy questions of the last 25 years. Iraq is a bit higher, but in the long run, surprisingly inconsequential too.

Aside from the shocking substance of this story, what's amazing is how it was unearthed by Cole. The short version: The Russians were able to penetrate Jared Kushner's iPhone and extract screenshots and data. Then, a Russian intel official was captured by Dutch intelligence (!) and flipped. The Dutch believed Kushner may have been acting on behalf of Russia, so pursued him as an intel target and were able to get into his phone.
They did not find any evidence of Russian collusion, instead they watched him moving hundreds of millions of dollars from slush funds created by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, one of them housed in Israel's central bank.

Gaza, or anything having to do with Israel, is only the "biggest foreign policy issue" of our time if you're Jewish, Palestinian, or antisemitic.
