There is a progressive political class which is a coalition of men and women versus a conservative political class which is a coalition of men and women. Conservative women often want there to be so-called sexist customs and workplace expectations and so forth. Progressive men are often instrumental in helping expand freedoms for women over time. The narrative that says men and women are separate political classes with different material needs fails to predict reality. That's what feminism is
