Communist behavior.
I’m not a big pancake guy.
I never order them, but I occasionally make them.
When i do - it’s only this gf version - it has almond flour which gives a nice crunch.
My MO is to make a big batch and then re-fry them in until they’re super crispy - then drown them in maple syrup.
