Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.

BAYC 新出的卡牌，实体和数字版本都有。
数字卡在 Solana 链上。
有点像 Pokémon 卡，主要是收藏、拆包、交易。也是 BAYC 在 NFT 之外做实体 IP 藏卡，也是一款可以玩的双人策略卡牌游戏。2个人玩，每局大概10分钟。每人准备14张不同的卡，13张对战，1张作为赌注。玩法是3×3九宫格，轮流出卡，用卡牌四个方向的数字跟对手比大小，占领格子。最后占领格子多的人赢。最刺激的是可以 Play for Keeps，赢家拿走输家的赌注卡。
除了实体卡，也可以在 Otherside 里体验游戏。

BREAKING: China’s stock market has officially entered BEAR MARKET, wiping out ¥12 TRILLION ($1.75T) since its June peak.
The CSI 300, which tracks China’s 300 largest companies, has now crashed 20% from its June peak, officially putting the index in a bear market.
The index is st level in 15 months after falling for 10 straight weeks, its longest losing streak on record.
Fading stimulus hopes, weak earnings and the global AI selloff are piling pressure on Chinese stocks.
Retail investors drive ~90% of China’s daily trading, per HSBC, compared with ~20-25% on the NYSE, making sell-offs faster and sharper.
State-backed funds have reportedly stepped in to support the market, but the selling continues.
China’s AI trade is now taking a beating.

When I was trying to win my first major client, Singtel, we made it to the final three companies bidding for the project.
The other two companies had more experience than us.
And the decision-maker Why should they choose us over companies with a stronger track record?
I knew I couldn't compete by pretending we had more experience.
So I told them what the opportunity meant to me.
For a more established company, Singtel might be another client in their portfolio.
But for a small startup like ours, it meant much more.
We needed that opportunity more than they needed us, and I was prepared to give everything I had to make it a success.
Singtel eventually became my first major client.
That experience taught me something I've carried into business ever since.
You won't always have the biggest portfolio or the longest track record.
But you can bring something else to the table.
Commitment. Hunger. And the willingness to go the extra mile.
Experience matters. But when you're competing against bigger players, don't try to be a bigger version of them.
Show them why you're worth taking a chance on.

Good Culture Is Built When Things Get Difficult
A strong team doesn't become important when everything is going well.
You understand its value when things start going wrong.
I've been through difficult business periods.
Market downturns.
COVID.
Debt.
Deals and investment situations that didn't go the way we expected.
Those moments taught me something about leadership:
You cannot expect people to stand beside you during difficult periods if you only care about them when things are easy.
I believe loyalty goes both ways.
If I expect commitment from someone, I need to return that commitment.
If I expect honesty, I need to be honest too.
If I expect someone to take responsibility, I can't disappear when responsibility becomes uncomfortable.
And when something goes wrong, the first question shouldn't always be:
"Who made the mistake?"
Sometimes the better question is:
"What happened, what do we learn from it, and how do we move forward?"
I've always believed that having the right people around you is one of the most important parts of building a company.
Because business will eventually test you.
The market changes.
Plans fail.
People make mistakes.
Pressure goes up.
That's when culture stops being something you talk about and becomes something you actually experience.
A strong culture isn't proven during the celebration.
It's proven during the fight.
