I think someone who's grown up with women her entire life would be aware that women are multifaceted and not struggle with the concept of a woman being a bad person, or fighting with women considering Amazons do have internal conflicts at times

this is my opinion of course and I know Perez has written that iteration but I think it heavily relies on creating an idealized version of the Amazons instead of treating them like complex people, and disregarding some of their history

So…lowkey, this was the case in the Pérez run. It was a part—if very small and very early on—of Diana’s own character development in Patriarch’s World; realizing that women were just as capable of malice, evil and deceit, not just in general, but to other women.
