@maxvoltard@retrodotapp and this is very very intentional. Fuck that dumb glass reflection at the bottom that makes every app icon look like one of those plastic packagings around a single memory card that you have to furiously cut open with a bandsaw.

I did many iterations of my “counter darkness effect” to get it to disappear on iOS and macOS.

But I’m still not happy. How can you ever say “this is perfect, I’m done” with a logo or app icon as a designer? No, there’s only some degree of acceptance
