I wasn't for Trump in the primaries because I didn't think he could win (boy was I wrong!). However, I supported him in the general and was thrilled and relieved when he did. I figured there would be some missteps, but I also remember telling my wife that at least we would have four more years to run our business in a growing, reasonably successful economy without the threat of war or massive upheaval. Now, two years into what was supposed to be the 'Golden Age,' we're as close as we've ever been to the end of civilization as we've known it. Astonishing, like a bad dream that won't end, and I fear the worst is still to come.
It's not all on Trump, I know, but a lot of it is. Frankly, most of it is. Now the buyer's remorse so many are rightly feeling is about to manifest in gay race communists winning elections all over the country in places they should never have even been competitive. And sadly, that's just the start of the pain we're about to endure.
I don't like entertaining the thought that maybe we would have been better off if Kamala would've won, but it's hard to push away when you read a post like the below. At least she would have looked us in the face instead of stabbing us in the back.

If Trump had kept his campaign promises, the Epstein class would be getting prosecuted, there'd be no war in Iran or Ukraine, gas prices would be hitting new lows, real wages would be rising for the first time in nearly a decade, and the GOP would be adding seats in the midterms.
