SCOOP: The FBI informant convicted of lying to the Bureau about a fake bribery scheme involving the Bidens has been quietly released from prison just months into a six-year sentence—raising concern he could be pardoned by Donald Trump any moment.
Alexander Smirnov, who has multiple business ties to Trumpworld, was sentenced days before Trump became president. He had pleaded guilty to fabricating a story that former President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, had received millions in bribes from Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, as well as to a $2 million-plus tax evasion offense.
Yet despite Smirnov being judged a flight risk, with ties to Russian intelligence and foreign assets, the U.S.-Israeli citizen has been mysteriously missing from prison for at least the past four months.

The record is marked "email_validated: Y" — meaning the address was verified rather than left at the default setting.
The same email appears in Myspace and Zynga breach records. The IP address used to create the Fling account also shows up on an online video game record tied to an email associated with Talarico's sister — a match the attorneys did not dispute.
Talarico's lawyers responded 35 minutes after Townhall reached out with a four-page letter claiming, without substantiation, that a hacker created the account using his email, and noting the birth date and ZIP code on the profile don't match his.

This whole saga is getting very interesting. If you're following along, the text company that sent the impersonation trans texts in Texas said in a deposition that their vendors were the Republican Women's Caucus and a man named John Braun but the Washington state senator John Braun and the RWC are vehemently denying this.
We don't know if someone ELSE fraudulently used those names with the text company at this point or if everyone is lying, but as Steve has reported, the group behind the mailers and texts has retained Chris Hilton, Paxton's former lawyer.
