I've never seen something go so viral internally

Giving teams the power to build their own bespoke collaborative tools led to a level of creativity that was honestly unhinged and super fun to watch

We just launched AI views in open beta, one of our most anticipated features.

Haven’t heard of it? Think vibe coding for teamwork: describe what you need, and your data becomes an interactive, collaborative tool. Go try it out!

I turned my list of favorite Steve Jobs launches into a playable, Macintosh-styled timeline with our new AI view feature.

It's building software, for the rest of us.

Congrats on the launch!
We built what you wished Figma could be. There's not a single design tool that does all of this.

2020s tryna speed run all the sci-fi like we don't got any more decades left.

First we get AI, soon we'll get robots, aliens are a hot topic, and now t-rex about to enter the chat?

I think this is half true.

The early and late majority (and even many early adopters after coming down from a high) are not going to vibe code and maintain their own version of everything.

But I do thing traditional SaaS will be replaced with SaaS designed for the reality that people will expect to heavily mod it with AI, both ephemerally and permanently, to fit their personal/teams unique needs.

This type of software will be hand crafted by humans with their agents as pick up and go boxed ai solutions that have a point of view, and will be consumed/modded by people and their agents (rather than software like Salesforce that is modded by people and consultants)
I just canceled a $600/year SaaS subscription for an Opus-coded, in-house alternative. My external spend is now exclusively down to infrastructure: servers, email & payments.

I think niche B2B SaaS is in real trouble.

So they will literally just build / optimize themselves natively in weights
We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math.
It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training.

We call this Weight-Space Programming: fronely read/write neural network weights! 🧵
Blog: rikiyat.github.io/blog/weight-sp…
Community note
LLM was given weights explicitly as text in prompt and used code/forward passes (per authors' logs) to ablate Qwen looping direction, a known thinking-mode issue per model card. Primarily fixed repetition in that mode, not general 'natively' improving weights/math.

Yes! I believe that living/malleable/liquid software is what actually replaces traditional static SaaS.

A large part of the challenge of product design will be designing the right constraints around its flexibility so that it is still a stable anchor (people need some level of stability and shared mental model, which is why I don't believe that all software will just create itself on the fly) but that is flexible for individuals and teams to mold to their goals and desires.
I'm now building an "improvements" feature into all of my personal vibecoded applications: a freeform text input that's hooked up to an agent that yolo implements whatever is submitted.

It's an interesting experience -- the activation energy barrier to sanding any rough edge or ature becomes extremely low. Someone else who uses one of the applications I created has already implemented 150 improvements over the course of a few days. This pattern feels like a new kind of tool -- liquid software? -- and every application that doesn't have this feature now has a slightly rigid and anachronistic flavor. Why can't I just tell it how I want it to be different?

Now, it's not obvious to me how this pattern can or should scale. Does it become unmaintainable after a while? (Maybe model intelligence improvement outstrips my feature appetite such that it's fine?) How does collaborative software work in this model? Can software designed this way be secure and reliable?

Whatever the larger questions about broader deployment, it definitely works great in a personal context. It reminds me a little of the visions of Lisp/Lisp machines, Smalltalk, and HyperCard -- systems that the user can take control of and modify. Those visions never quite worked, though: the vast majority of software today is not end-user modifiable in any useful way. So, while this "liquid" affordance is a very small touch, the way it changes one's relation to the software feels a bit transgressive and empowering in a Lickliderian and Engelbartian way.

This is insane
Anthropic will make ~1,000 employees worth +$100m at $2 trillion market cap.

There's ~11,000 Americans with $100m in investable assets.

So something like 1 in 12 Americans with $100m (liquid) will be from Anthropic. If you add in Openai, maybe 1 in 7.

One of the biggest transformations in tech. Been thrilling to be part of!
A year ago today, we became Superhuman, a new name to reflect our expanded mission and suite of products.

The year has been full of new products, new team members, and an expanded vision of what’s possible, but the absolute best part about this year has been the customers. We people, the companies, and the schools that use our products every day. We are designing and building and testing alongside you.

Here are just a few things we’ve done:

- We launched Superhuman Go, the AI assistant and agent platform that works in every app and tab.

- Coda became Superhuman Docs, debuting a new visual identity as well as new products and features like fan-favorite AI views.

- Mail got a complete mobile redesign, and its new brand identity joined the Superhuman family. The new Mail apps are faster and easier to use.

- We welcomed several companies into the Superhuman family, including Rows, GPTZero, and, most recently, Fathom.

One year in, and we really are just getting started.

As someone who dabbled in building games, this is mega cool. Would make ultra realistic animation way more accessible to every game
NVIDIA has released MotionBricks, an AI that generates character motion at a reported 15,000 frames per second with just 2ms latency on an RTX 5090.

Trained on 350,000+ motion clips, it lets developers build new interactions for game characters and humanoid robots without retraining.

This is Genie 4, our most realistic and interactive world model yet. 🌐

Explore dynamic environments in real time to see how the scene responds, sounds, and how the people in it move, react, and speak.

The only way to pace frontier is through video games.

WoW Forever and GTA VI need to deliver the most addictive and expansive experiences ever created.

@trq212 has already taken himself off the board by committing to a WoW Forever Shaman, but we need more.

This is the moment for game companies to step up and do their part for AI safety.

Cursor can now control your computer.

Agents can drive desktop apps like the iOS Simulator to test the features they build.

What is the one website or post I can share with my family and friends about the cyberattacks that convey the severity, urgency, and the most important things to do for average people (in a way that a layperson can act on)?

Now whenever I ask @kushaanshah for something and he says he needs some time to cook, I'll know exactly what he means
@jerolsruggled to find a good way to maintain to-do lists, and I recently liked this metaphor of urgent items "actively cooking" on a stove.

With AI views, I built a "kitchen" of sorts. Same to-do list, but you can see when things start to "burn" based on how long they've been on p across different parts of the kitchen, and easily close and reprioritize straight from one screen.

It makes task management fun :)
