Now I can finally share it: I’ve spent the past week traveling across Europe with NVIDIA, covering all their Build a Claw events on the ground.

The highlight was something I could barely have imagined: spending almost an hour talking with Jensen Huang himself about everything quantum computing.

After the birth of my son and marrying my wife, this was probably the best day of my life.

The full video and some teaser
is coming soon: Jensen Huang x Chubby in Stockholm.

(Ps: yes, it’s real, not AI generated. @nvidia)

Microsoft sent me a Surface Laptop Ultra with 128GB of unified memory. My MacBook Pro has suddenly become very quiet.

Just got home from NVIDIA GTC, and this was waiting for me. Naturally, I’m giving it the most reasonable first test: taking it to GitHub Universe on Monday as my work, local AI, and a deeply irresponsible number of browser tabs.

Can it actually replace my MacBook Pro? Or will I be borrowing someone’s Mac by Tuesday?

Let’s unbox it.

OpenAI is winning over Anthropic customers with steep discounts, gaining coding workloads at companies like Rippling and Replit while potentially deepening its own losses. But Anthropic’s renewed lead on OpenRouter suggests better models can quickly win users back.

At least this ub plans were halved I guess...

I asked Jensen Huang how I should raise my children in the age of AI.

What do you teach your kids when you can’t predict the future they’ll grow up in?

His answer touched on curiosity, hard work, and being willing to struggle with something difficult.

A personal moment from interview coming soon on Superintelligence.

"Bill Gates says to prepare for 20 years of ‘tumultuous’ AI disruption".

I'm always annoyed by headlines like these. They suggest it's a foregone conclusion, as if chaos is inevitably about to descend upon us.

But the future is an opportunity; I see far more positives, more d how things unfold is in our hands, not a given.

Seriously mindblowing: This voice model runs locally on an M4 Max Mac or better. Feels like magic.
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

Still super confused how its possible that Grokbot got approval for EU but OpenAIs dot, Anthropics duet and Metas Muse not.

I mean, I take it. Grok bot is just insanely good. My daily always on agent(s) for almost every task. Its just so good and it gets better almost every day. Kudos spaceXSI.

This is such a shame and so sad to see. @Kimi_Moonshot ruined their launch themselves. K3.1 pro is a great model and it did not need people to fake good reviews. But since they were trying to cheat the game it makes the whole launch look bad.

I did not receive this briefing and was not paid by kimi. But I can assure you, if I had known earlier that they tried to cheat the game and do illegal influencing, I wouldn’t have said one good thing about their model.

Super sad to see. Hope @Kimi_Moonshot steps forward, apologizes, and promises never to say anything like that again, because reputation is what matters most.
That's how Kimi AI are promoting their new model Kimi K3.1 pro and I know all the influencers working with them and none of them are honest,I have posted about it myself but I didn't join this and never used their templates that they provide.

PROPAGANDA, I have more to share na have follow up for this

Super sad to see Thariq leaving Anthropic. But at least he leaves with a good joke
I’ve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.

I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.

The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.

My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.

To the community on X, thank you for everything. You’ve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job I’ve ever had.

For me, it is time for a bit of a break before diving into something new.

If you want more excellent Claude Code content, you should follow @addyosmani , @lydiahallie, @_catwu, @ClaudeDevs and of course @bcherny who started it all.

Jack Dorsey released a speech model that sounds best in class. But even more interestingly, it was trained on only one NVIDIA GB 200 NVL72

Just to make clear how optimistic Anthropic staff is about their (upcoming) models:

“91% of the 1,300 Anthropic employees surveyed believed AI would be able to make a Nobel Prize-level breakthrough by 2030”

Good to know: OpenAI resumed RL training their frontier models on October 1st. It is necessary for OpenAI to keep up with Anthropic.
Over the past several months, we have substantially hardened the security of our research training environment. We’ve removed live internet access for all frontier models during training and built an offline world for them to use instead—a cached version of the web where they can still learn to browse, search, and use applications.

On September 20, after a model exploited a DNS misconfiguration to find a way outside of this offline world, we paused frontier training to strengthen containment further. We assembled teams of agents, powered by our most cyber-capable models, and tasked them with finding weaknesses in our research environments.

While they found no route to the internet they could easily exploit while concealing their activity from our monitors, they did find zero-day vulnerabilities, virtual machine escapes, and hardware side-channels for communication between agents. We used their discoveries to further strengthen our defenses and contribute fixes to open-source software.

After strengthening our containment architecture, we resumed our frontier RL training and inference on October 1. We’ve reserved substantial compute for continuous red-teaming, and made high-compute red-teaming part of the safety cases we use to decide whether frontier training and evaluation can proceed securely.

Just to be very clear and that everyone understands this: Today we got Fable 5.1 intelligence as a local model.

I remember GLM founder saying in a post that he expects Fable 5 capabilities by end of year from china.

Well, it happened. With all its consequences.

Just think about it.

A snipped of my interview with @JensenHuang :

Jensen Huang says countries cannot fully outsource their AI.

He compares it to electricity, the internet and telecommunications: critical infrastructure that a country must be able to keep running.

Rely entirely on outside losing access to services you depend on.

For Europe, that makes building its own AI capabilities a question of control.

As you know, I sat down with Jensen in Stockholm to discuss sovereign AI, open models and Europe's next steps.

Full interview coming soon on Superintelligence.
