Most corporate workers wait all year for a 3% merit raise because they don't know how to price their value when management slips up.
I break down these unwritten corporate rules, HR frameworks, and exact negotiation scripts every week. If you have a performance review coming up, read the pinned breakdown on my profile about how HR secretly ranks you on the Workday 9-Box Grid.

@jurlycat Not a chance. If I spoke up on day 1, they would have just removed me from the channel with a quick "oops, thanks." Why give up 4 months of free executive intel before you actually have something to leverage?

@Financewisdom01 Nobody ever thanks you in the room because admitting you saved the deck means admitting they didn't read it. That's exactly why you have to follow up privately and price your catch.

@Financewisdom01 The higher the title, the less they actually read the spreadsheets. Have you ever seen an executive actually check the formulas before replying "looks good"?

He asked how long I'd been in that channel. When I told him 4 months, he paused and said, "Don't leave it. The CFO wants to know who just saved her from presenting a broken budget to the board."
The next morning, I didn't wait for a pat on the back. I sent my boss 1 message: "Since I'm already auditing director-level Q4 deliverables, I'd like to adjust my base comp by $8,000 to match the scope." It was approved by Friday.
Corporate loyalty won't get you paid, but catching an executive's blind spot gives you total leverage. If your boss accidentally added you to a private leadership chat, would you expose yourself to fix a mistake or stay quiet and keep spying?

I opened the file out of curiosity. Line 62 had a broken formula that was double-counting a vendor contract, leaving a $45,000 mistake hiding in plain sight.
7 different directors didn't even open the sheet. They just replied, "Looks good to me."
I stared at my screen for 5 minutes, typed a reply, deleted it, and typed it again.
Finally, I hit send: "Line 62 is double-counting the vendor fee. We're over-allocating by $45k."
The entire channel went dead silent. 45 seconds later, my boss called my cell.

4 months ago, our VP accidentally added me to a private Slack channel meant only for department heads.
I'm just a mid-level analyst, so I muted my notifications, stayed completely invisible, and read everything.
8 directors. 300+ messages a week. Mostly them complaining about return-to-office rules and arguing over who gets credit for projects.
Then last Thursday, the Finance Director dropped the Q4 budget spreadsheet into the chat for final sign-off.

๐จ SOMEONE LEAKED THE PROMPT THAT MAKES CLAUDE CODE CREATE ITS OWN SKILLS AND WORK BETTER EVERY DAY WITHOUT YOU TOUCHING ANYTHING
No programming. Just paste. A single prompt does it all:
Time needed: 2 minutes
Actions: copy and paste into Claude Code
The mistake 90% of people ining the same thing to it every day. The same tone, the same steps, the same corrections. And the next day it starts from scratch again.
โ Detects what you repeat: reviews your project and asks you what tasks you do every week
โ Creates a skill for each one: instructions, templates, and examples that Claude loads only when it needs them
โ Tests them before giving them to you: runs each skill with a real case and fixes it if it fails
โ Learns from your corrections: every time you correct something, it updates the skill so it doesn't repeat the error
โ Zero code: you tell it what you do and Claude builds its own library of skills
Before, this meant writing manuals, templates, and processes for weeks.
Now it's just Ctrl+V.
Save it before they delete it ๐

Claude Code found 145,763 photos I permanently deleted from my iPhone.
Three years of deleted photos and videos still sitting in a hidden cache. Any app with file access can read them.
I plugged my iPhone into my MacBook to run a backup. Claude Code was doing the security audit lagged a directory I wasn't even looking for.
PhotoData/Thumbnails. Over 146,000 files. Photos, videos, screenshots. Every single one was something I deleted.
Photos from 2023, 2024 and 2025. The ones I deleted the second after taking them. The ones I cleared from Recently Deleted. The ones I deleted three separate times because I wanted to be sure they were gone. All still there.
Passport photo I took for a visa application in 2023.
Screenshots of my bank app with full account numbers visible.
Private photos I sent someone and immediately deleted after a breakup.
Screenshot of my crypto seed phrase I took temporarily in 2022.
Photo of my ID and credit card I took to remember the numbers and deleted 5 seconds later.
Screenshots of my ex's private Instagram stories I saved and permanently deleted in 2023.
Some were full resolution. All organized by date going back to 2021.
When you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll and Recently Deleted. It keeps a compressed copy in a Spotlight search index cache so your phone can find things when you search. Apple never clears it. Not after 30 days. Not after a year. Never.
They told you it was permanently deleted. It wasn't.
I checked which apps on my phone had Files and Folders access. 23 apps. Weather apps. QR code scanners. PDF readers. A flashlight app I downloaded in 2022. Any one of them could have been reading every photo I ever deleted this entire time.
Went from 23 apps to 3 in about two minutes.
Full step by step below. Takes 2 minutes. Save it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone with an iPhone.

Gave Claude $20.
Left it coding overnight.
Woke up to:
โข finished script
โข +$95 from first 5 trades
Didnโt touch anything.
Then I found this wallet:

โข $384,858 profit
โข 13,070 predictions
โข $18.5K biggest win
โข Started March 2026
Almost no ile building my script, I copytraded it to test the math.
Started with $80.
โ $4,218 in a few weeks
Every position is identical in structure.
Not trading.
One equation.
Running while you sleep.
Examples:
$17,839 โ $36,318 (+103%)
$3,112 โ $15,011 (+382%)
$10,676 โ $22,178 (+107%)
Hereโs the exact framework I gave Claude:
1. Temporal bias
Find BTC time windows with >65% edge.
Ignore everything else.
2. Kelly sizing
Size based on confidence.
Never fixed bets.
f* = (p ร b โ q) / b
3. Volatility filter
Skip high volatility.
Trade only clean conditions.
4. Bayesian updates
Update probabilities after each trade.
The system improves over time.
Claude built everything while I slept.
Funded it with $20.
First trade fired minutes later.

The hospitality industry is running a perfectly legal scam on you right in plain sight.
You pay $400 a night, walk into the lobby exhausted after a long flight, and somehow end up in a tiny, dark room staring at a brick wall.
All while listening to the ice machine rattle outside your door all night long.
You probably assume you just had bad luck. You didn't.
I recently sat down for coffee with a former Marriott Front Desk Manager. She spent 6 years working across 4 different massive properties.
Off the record, she pulled out her phone and showed me exactly what their internal dashboard looks like behind the desk.
She broke down the exact algorithm that decides who gets the luxury corner suites, and who gets intentionally shoved into the leftover garbage inventory.
Spoiler: It has absolutely nothing to do with luck. The system is rigged against you before you even walk through the doors.
But if you know how to talk to the staff, you bypass the algorithm entirely.
Here is the unspoken playbook they use behind the desk.
