Several groups have attempted to predict the IM151 RCC clusters with flawed methods. We developed IRIS-RCC (Individual RNA-seq Intrinsic Subtyping for RCC; available at irisrcc.vindhyadatascience.com), to predict clusters using an individual-sample model.
