Report on zongertinib and CNS disease in pts with advanced HER2 mutant NSCLC @JTOonline. In 4 cases, pts received escalated doses of zongertinib at 240mg with variable effect but one case was able to continue at the higher dose for 30 months.

#ESMO26 As the excitement around B7-H3 ADCs continues to grow, sharing this ESMO poster on Tam-Peli (tambotatug pelitecan, YL201) and ILD risk across tumor types. In 723 pts, ILD risk was 3% with no grade 4/5 cases. Median time to onset was 95 days and most resolved/resolving.
