@AIandDesign @Twelvisten So we can just say "slop" and mean low-effort, low-quality, regardless of human or AI. Humans make slop all the time.

Hero!
Bend, Oregon man who shot and killed a shooter at his daughters' school speaks out, praises female teacher for fighting the shooter, allowing him to have a clear shot.

Kaylub Giamanco says he is haunted by the sound of children pleading for their lives.

He also praised the e gunman's weapon, allowing him to take a shot at the shooter.

"I want to recognize [the teacher]. She gave me the opportunity to make my shot without losing my life..."

"I swung the door open, and I stepped in, and I fired, and they dropped to the ground... I looked down at the gunman, and he was scrambling for his weapon. And I looked at him, and I shot him 2 more times..."

@Dad_Build_Run My prediction goes in the other direction: the more people realize they can't compete without AI, they'll demand AI until they get marginal returns.

As the models get better and more capable, this becomes more and more real.

@Dad_Build_Run Open models are getting better and faster, so we'll see at least some traffic migrate to Oracle, RunPod, etc. GPU capacity is critical and there may simply not be enough GPUs in the world for the total matrix multiplications that demand to be made.

@jratcliff No I mean the general idea of the stigma associated with these things. Perhaps not the best use of "you wouldn't know anything about that" lol

@MickWest Lmao nice try but it's perfectly reasonable that if something can bend spacetime to allow for FTL travel and trans-medium craft that it also impacts consciousness and messes with the mechanics of the universe. Just because we don't understand how does not mean it's not happening.
