A customer needs hundreds of servers for AI workloads. The manufacturer has supply constraints. The data center needs power that may not exist yet. And no single company in the deal controls all of it.
That's a normal project for Gabriel Perez, our VP of Commercial Strategy. He ufacturers, data center operators and AI companies to secure the equipment, the megawatts and the commercial terms that turn an AI infrastructure opportunity into an actual deployment.
On a recent nine-figure deployment, every piece was moving at once: GPU availability, pricing, networking, timelines, customer expectations. Gabriel doesn't treat these as separate problems, he works them as a whole. The customer got the certainty they needed to keep their deployment on track. As he puts it, complex deals rarely fail because of one problem, they fail because several compound.
Before any GPU at Hydra Host runs a job, someone must procure it, power it and find it a home. That part starts with Gabriel.
Away from orchestrating AI Infrastructure deployments, he's in his college's athletic Hall of Fame, and he's weirdly good at darts.
