She said that women believe that they've high emotional intelligence but unfortunately they don't, she made it clear that men have high emotional intelligence.
Rather, she argued that women have high drama than emotional intelligence. Women men are good thinkers. Women don't communicate their feelings but men say what they want and act on it.
I think I agree with her on this one. A lot of women are insensitive to realities, they want everything evolving around and men don't reason that way.

Thank you Sharon. I never like to critique other women training, no matter if their genetics isn’t the most privileged one, but while being a coach for over 15 years I learned many of those women are just trying to overcome traumas and even depression and anxiety by redirecting their energy in the gym and that is saving lives.

We’ve trained Claude to flag potential misuse in conversations, a technique we call self-assessment. Right after it responds, Claude gives a preliminary safety assessment of the conversation.
Since we began using self-assessment in June, it has surfaced misuse that our other safeguards weren’t designed to catch.
Because Claude has already read the conversation, self-assessment is very efficient. And unlike classifiers, which target a discrete set of harms, it draws on Claude’s own judgment, so it gets more accurate as our models improve.
