@dexhorthy If you run the docker-compose.yaml anywhere but a laptop: it publishes Postgres on 54321 with password "password", MinIO on 9000/9001 as minioadmin/minioadmin, and Redis on 7100 with no auth, on all interfaces. Set DEVSTACK_POSTGRES_PASSWORD and the S3_* keys first.

@dexhorthy法是先只起 daemon 和 compose 里最小的那几个服务，我这边 8 核 32G 的机器从 clone 到 Claude Code 会话正常接上大概 6 分钟。踩到的坑就是第三方 key 没配齐时整个进程直接拒启动，WorkOS/Slack 的 key 留空会卡在第一步，得先把相关的 service 在 compose 里注释掉再起来。另外一个可复用的习惯：让 session 和 plan 都写到同一条 task 记录里，agent 改完源码后按 diff 回溯，排查时间差不多省一半。
