Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field).
✅ Citizenship or permanent residency in sub-Saharan Africa.
✅ Early-career health professionals, researchers, or data analysts.
✅ Strong quantitative aptitude, English proficiency, and basic familiarity with statistical software.
✅ Intention to build a health data science career in Africa and contribute to local health policy.
