#Epeeps what would you do?
48M, smoker.
Status post myocardial infarction with RIVA occlusion treated with a proximal RIVA-DES 4 months before.
Now EF 30% despite OMT (Fanta 4). Asymptomatic, NYHA I.
The ECG shows AV I and a QRS width of 118 ms
In the Holter ECG NSVTs (4 beats)
