Some days, the version of Triple Whale we’re building toward feels light years away.

In that version, nobody “decides” to use Triple Whale. It’s just part of starting a brand. You register the domain, you open the bank account, you set up Triple Whale.

We’re not there yet, and o.

But 5 years ago, if you’d shown me a demo of what Triple Whale is today, I wouldn’t have believed it.

That’s what keeps me going. At this speed, I can’t even picture what the next 5 years look like.
Your AI systems should either make you money or save you money, I spent an hour with @frederikhwind of the Brand Operators podcast on this.

Whether your brand is in the $10M, $30M, or $50M phase. There will be something for you in this episode.

I’ve been sent countless tweets of people trying to vibe code Triple Whale, and I have one thing to say to them.

Go for it.

You'll get a dashboard, probably a good-looking one at that, but what you won’t be able to vibe code is the years of data, attribution infrastructure, and eath it.

Something wild is happening inside Triple Whale.

Our team is making the ads we’re about to run with the exact same stack we give our customers. Same models. Same Moby.

The quality is unbelievable. A few years ago this would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars in shoots.

I ran DTC brands for years. Creative was always the bottleneck. Slow, expensive, and never enough variations to test.

That bottleneck is gone. This isn’t a demo reel from a special internal team. It’s what your brand can do today with Moby.

“AI slop” is a product of sloppy human inputs.

Everything should have a human review but if your outputs aren’t getting you to at least 90%, IMO, you haven’t trained it well enough yet.

The next wave of breakout ecom brands will be determined by their speed..

We track over $100B in GMV. I see the patterns every day: The brands gaining the most traction are the ones moving fast.

Iterating faster, leveraging AI to create testing engines. These skills are the competition.

I’ve learned a lot about training agents the last week. For ads and landing pages using the @triplewhale agent system specifically, since it’s so good at learning over time it’s been a lot better to run more frequent batches of output than big bulk projects. I think the ideal flow is output a ton of small batches to speed up feedback / iteration over the first week or two of using it then begin launching large batches once the accuracy of the output reaches a consistent enough level.

Here are some of the other things we touched on…

- The metric the best brands scale off
- What to fix at $10M, $30M and $50M
- Onboarding AI like a new media buyer
- Why you should always review AI output
- Rapid fire: best investment, the hire I wish I'd made earlier

The future of media buying is here!
Running @triplewhale new agent system is so wild. This weekend for a single brand the agents generated 100+ ads and for each ad a new lander variant with cohesive messaging and even multiple buy box tests. I think brands who start using systems like these are going to have a huge advantage this Q4.

I met @mrsharma on MentorPass in 2019. I booked a call with him to talk influencer strategy and conversion rate for Madison Braids and ended up showing him some janky reporting widgets on our 3rd call.

Those janky widgets are what eventually became @triplewhale.

Those calls we recorded one. 52 min with Nik with the same energy as our 3AM voice notes over the years.

Hope it does for someone what Nik's calls did for me

This is the biggest growth engine right now. Shift budget, test a channel, ship a new LP. You approve or reject, it learns why. The closest thing your brand will get to an Ironman suit.
We are using the new agentic media buying system from @triplewhale at @AploGroup and I think this is how everyone is going to run paid ads and landing pages. Absolutely wild the amount of volume we can push through this platform.

We are entering the build phase of BFCM. I’ll follow up next week on what the first week of November ad spend actually looks like for 2026.

Over or under last year's 1.3x?
If you aren’t ramping BFCM ad spend by Nov 4th.
You're Late.

Across $11B in 2025 ad spend across @triplewhale brands.
- On 11/3: Spend was up 1.3x (vs. Oct baseline)
- By 11/16: Spend it hit 1.6x baseline
- Peaking on Black Friday at 3.3x

A mezuzah on the door and Shabbat on the calendar. Building a world class company never meant leaving our values at the door. Thank you Yossi.
Today, I put up a mezuzah at @triplewhale, a multibillion-dollar tech company founded by two Orthodox Jews, @AY_Orbach and @aryehMaxx.

They’ve built something remarkable in just five years:

• Over $100 billion in GMV
• More than 65,000 brands using their platform
• 80+ lem working in technical AI engineering

And here’s what makes them truly unique: They shut down the entire company every week for 25 hours to observe Shabbat.

A multibillion-dollar, Shomer Shabbat unicorn.

Probably one of the largest concentrations of Orthodox Jews at any unicorn startup in the world.

Proof that you can build a world-class tech company without compromising your values.

We did a massive rebrand of Triple Whale last month, but I haven't talked too much about it.

Join our Partner Pulse on Wednesday at 12:30 PM ET to see where Triple Whale is headed, how the BFCM Command Center helps agencies through peak season, and how Moby and the Partner agency workflows.

Better in video format

Made by Moby
Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible.

We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial:

100%. The data layer, the attribution, the pixel underneath Triple Whale will always be our moat.

Hard to create, maintain, and scale. Moby also learns across lots of connected accounts, so there's a network effect too.
Technical moats are mostly over at this point. If you’re building something that is meant to be durable, the only moats now are:

• Proprietary data
• Network effects
• A physical component
