Once businesses try ChatGPT Work and Space and realise how much more productive it makes its employees- M365 Suite would be in trouble.
Microsoft had the Office Suite and exclusive access to OpenAI models.
But they just didn't put it together under Notebooks.
Now they're introducing Projects and Keeping Notebooks seperate?
(just after all the Copilot Consumer Projects were converted to Notebooks)

ChatGPT is now the largest medical record sync from hospitals to consumers, passing Apple.
I'm glad we can all access our medical records through the apps we choose. Rightly so!
We're working with Epic and hospitals to reduce the API load on their servers. The current setup is archaic - the equivalent of refreshing your inbox instead of getting a push when email arrives.
FHIR Subscriptions can solve this & reduce strain on the system.

Incredibly, hospitals are now paying for AI companies to disrupt them. 🤦♂️
Patients linking their MyChart accounts to @OpenAI's ChatGPT rose more than 7,000% in a single month at 69-hospital @advocatehealth, its CIO Bobbie Byrne told @becker’sHR.
Patients set this up so that the AI can explain their lab results, scans, and doctors’ notes. You know, instead of one of Advocate's doctors.
To add insult to disruption, every time a patient asks ChatGPT a question, Advocate’s Epic system has to look up and send the records and pay for the computing resources that make that happen. AND — brace yourself — Federal law says Advocate can't charge patients, or their apps, for that access to the patient's own records.
So a health system is paying for a competitor’s access to its own patients’ records. The competitor takes away the followup visit, and the healthcare system pays for that to happen — both in lost revenue and in increased computing costs.
That’s Interpretation Migration, subsidized by the disruptee. buff.ly/DlyODMb #DrYou #InterpretationMigration #Disruption

The coolest thing about Space Slides in ChatGPT is that it raises the ceiling on slide quality.

Super proud of this launch!
We skipped single player editor and went straight to multiplayer collab where agents and teams can all work in the same slide deck.
This is just the start, roadmap is insane!

Codex is one of the most important untold stories in the history of technology.
A year ago, it was a scrappy effort in a quiet corner of @OpenAI. Its cloud product hadn’t found PMF, and the team was starting over from scratch.
Less than 12 months later:
- Codex swallowed the p app from the inside (it literally runs as com.openai.codex on your Mac)
- Codex and ChatGPT for Work hit 40M+ weekly users across engineering and knowledge work
- Its leader @thsottiaux was elevated to run all of OpenAI’s core products, including ChatGPT, Codex, and the API
How did they pull it off?
They trained their own dedicated model line, separate from ChatGPT, with researchers and product builders sitting on the same team
They built four different products in a single year (cloud → terminal → IDE sidebar → a desktop app with no code editor at all) as every model leap made a new form factor possible
They used Codex to build Codex—so a handful of people could prove a new product in weeks instead of arguing for it in meetings
I had a front-row seat to the whole arc—from their failed Cloud launch, to OpenAI’s offices the night before GPT-5 dropped, to the day Codex took over ChatGPT.
And I spent months interviewing @gdb, @thsottiaux, @embirico, @mia_glaese, @aambrosino, and @edbayes to get inside how it all went down.
Here is the full, behind-closed-doors story of the team that remade OpenAI:

This piece is completely agent-native—designed to be read alongside your agent inside ChatGPT’s in-app browser:
- Every interview transcript is included in full: Click any quote and you (or your agent) can see the exact conversation it came from.
- Built for your agent to explore: Ask your agent to pull out product lessons for your team, cross-examine the transcripts, or find insights I missed when writing the piece.

A few big upgrades for Chrome users today! We’re bringing the power of computer use to anyone who uses Chrome.
First up: ChatGPT can now use your tabs in Chrome to make answers more useful and get things done for you.
If you’re in Chat, it can look across your open tabs and e in Work, ChatGPT can control your Chrome tabs to get things, like sending messages, filling out forms, or downloading files. It can even help you organize and group that pile of tabs you have open.

At DevDay, we introduced ChatGPT Space: a new home for your team to collaborate with AI to get work done.
In Space, you can create living documents with ChatGPT and the people you work with. Turn a messy conversation into an organized plan, and invite a teammate to edit together mments. Tag ChatGPT or your dot to make changes or help with next steps.
You can also ask ChatGPT to keep the page updated from your connected tools, so you can focus on the work—not updating the doc.
See how it works below and go to chatgpt.com/space to get started.
Available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans on web and desktop.
