Burgers and strawberries for tea. Cracking support from the man, the legend, @RD_ultracyclist this evening, allied with stretches recommended by @stevebatembe and break time discipline to @MrMarkBeaumont and @LauraPenhaul standards has seen him ease towards the 150 miles planned.
