I think all of the coaches, teams and parents in the U.S. could learn something from this group of players and coaches. Their honor and respect for the game is something we should all aspire to repeat.

Went 3 for 4 in yesterday’s win against Benedictine with 2 doubles and a single. Also played well in the field with a couple back hand plays. Still grinding as we start to finish out this fall season. Ready to get after it in this weekend’s @DynamicBaseball tournament at The ll_cvhaa

My 2028 is a multi-sport athlete. He is working to be recruited for college baseball. Fresh and soph years, he played football, basketball, and baseball. He decided not to play football during current junior year to have more time for classes and baseball development. Risk of injury is also a concern. I know time is finite and other sports took away from his baseball development over the years and he would have been farther along with his metrics. But I wouldn’t have wanted him to limit his athleticism to just one sport…in this case, baseball.

Question for @coachdrew94, @GrahamD14, @PeterMichael00, @TweetsbyCoachP, @TroyPSilva, @CoachBeede, other current/former coaches, and college baseball recruiting experts—Do college baseball coaches GENERALLY like or prefer multi-sport athletes? Is it an advantage or disadvantage?

Thanks to @DanCevette for expressing his supportive opinion on X.

Thanks in advance for your honest and constructive feedback.

NO PARENT SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH THEIR KID PLAY. Especially after paying for travel, meals and lodging to get them to the event. That's a hill I'll die on.

I know @Bradley_Eagles is doing something about it.
