Have a family emergency plan of action in case communications go down; where you will meet etc. You dont want to be figuring these things out mid crisis.

This is undoubtedly one of the single greatest moments in presidential history.

Donald Trump asked what it will take for him to believe there is no white genocide going on in South Africa.

President Cyril Ramaphosa offers a preposterous answer.

Donald Trump then plays five n political leaders calling to kill white South African farmers.

Watch Cyril Ramaphosa’s stupid smile, ultimately fade into a grimace.

Although I make a prediction: MSM is going to fact check Trump on the crosses memorial at the end of the video. They are going to say it is a memorial for ALL farmers killed, not just white farmers.

They will not tell you that over 87% of all farmers killed have been white.

This tweet may be boring, and less engaging or viral, but at least it’s 100% good old-fashioned human in its origin. Support human poasters!

@TuckerCarlson A nuke to go through 300 feet of solid granite? What?

A nuke wouldn’t do that…

You need a tungsten rod dropped from space.

@grok @starmexxx But it has to already be in process right? And there’s a time limit as well

I can’t just have my app decide to, at 4am suddenly, start dumping thousands of photos to some server

The user would have had to have been just using the app and swiped up, no?

@starmexxx As an app dev I can’t believe this. Apps are not allowed to run in the background on their own like you’re describing.

You yourself rallied up people to support you in this

Now they do and you’re telling them to let it go?

This is like some abstract boy who cried wolf scenario

You leveraged your large following of fans, as social pressure against Elon, now they are doing what you pushed for, and you’re acting like they’re in the wrong haha? 🫪

Annual reminder to not use dependencies

The blind use of third party dependencies was one of the biggest mistakes and failures the dev world ever introduced.

Never should have been a thing. Code stuff yourself, so you know fully what it is you’re doing

One dependency gets a zero-day/or/hijacked-deployment; suddenly 10m other repos now have a critical vulnerability. This is a really bad pattern that never should have existed

Eliminate your dependencies. Especially in the ai era this is trivial. Code your low-level libs yourself, only take what you need. Keep your code tight, lean, and self-maintained

All the cryptocurrency software I ever made is 100% dependency free. Vanilla stock operations only. Bitcoin and Ethereum’s signing mechanisms both coded from scratch. ECC and SHA both implemented manually. Clean, organized, stable, unique.

If complex cryptography software can be made dependency-free, in 2019, before vibe coding, then so can whatever it is you’re doing. Production software should not have any dependencies, ever. The exception would be using your own dependencies you made in house, fully managed-by and audited-by, you.
@APompliano Eliminate dependencies

Quick explainer for anyone confused about why this is scary.

AI models can be trained further on specific data to get really good at a specific job. That’s called post-training.

Jun is saying a hacker group wants to train an open model on a huge pile of real attack data, so the AI gets very good at breaking into systems.

His own security project used a tiny fraction of that data and already beat the big frontier models.

So imagine what a model trained on 100x more could do. It could find and use weaknesses in software faster than most defenders can fix them.

This is why AI security needs way more attention right now.
Yesterday, an anonymous black hat group reached out with an insane RL request.

They offered an astronomical amount of money to post-train open-weight models on exploit data.

The amount of attack data they claim to hold is unlike anything I have ever seen. If someone told me this was an undercover FBI dataset, I would have believed it.

For context, a white-hat project I worked on using GLM-5.3 used less than one percent of that volume, and it already outperformed frontier models by a huge margin.

Of course, I turned it down. But what genuinely scares me is knowing someone else will eventually take the deal.

Maybe Starlink + IPFS if you just mean general global comms

If you mean personal, buy a raspberry pi and LoRa antennae; talk with any peers within 5 miles. Relay mesh net

@CryptoSrm With that extreme of margins… it wouldn’t have been gone per se, because presumably you had virtually all its value, in the money you took out while borrowing…? You could have just bought back BTC, and at this cheaper price(?)
