Unitree Embodied AI Model Manufactures Robots in Factory🤩
Based on Unitree’s UnifoLM-X1-0 embodied AI model, this is an actual deployment at Unitree’s own robot factory.

@UnitreeRobotics Robots manufacturing robots.
This is where exponential curves stop being theory and start becoming infrastructure.

@UnitreeRobotics Embodied AI manufacturing robots in their own factory is next-level automation! Unitree's UnifoLM-X1-0 model actually deployed in production - robots building robots is the future of manufacturing. The circular economy of AI! 🤖

@UnitreeRobotics Still way slower than human. For now.

@UnitreeRobotics Those hands could use some work, though constant torque linear motion isn't the worst place to start. @GoingBallistic5 what do you think?

@UnitreeRobotics valid point: efficiency-first loop, embodied AI speeds production, love the factory detail, capital follows automation

@UnitreeRobotics Let’s be honest: it’s slow, clumsy, and sloppy. It’s not ready for serious competition...

@UnitreeRobotics Since the humanoid robot is completely stationary and the task only requires arms, is there a particular reason why it couldnt be done with regular robot arms?

@UnitreeRobotics Once he learn to make himself, you won’t be required.. you know that right??

@UnitreeRobotics Don’t you think it will be more efficient if the robot has 4 hands ?

@UnitreeRobotics Looks like an incredibly inefficient system, robotics was well beyond this basic capability two decades ago.

@UnitreeRobotics Capital doesn't wait for ethical debates. It flows to efficiency. Robots building robots is the near-zero marginal cost loop we've been waiting for. 🚨

@UnitreeRobotics Scary ,what will happen to workers ? How will they earn their livelihood? All such work in factories have been taken over by ROBOTS , who don’t ask for raise in their salaries and do work very sincerely without getting tired ; Productivity is skyrocketing and profits are going up

@UnitreeRobotics Why? This has been easily done with a machines for years, there's no need for a AI powered robot that looks human.

@UnitreeRobotics I’d rather see humans employed!
Unemployment is at its highest because machines and robotics have taken over. This is Not progress for the human workers. It’s an all out attack on available jobs.

@UnitreeRobotics I've never seen a robot with health problems. Poor thing could barely hold itself steady. Much less work in a fast pace environment. And forcing it to put a hexagon object in a square hole. For shame. 🤪 😜

@UnitreeRobotics there is no reason whatsoever to make this robot in the highly-inefficient humanoid form - EXCEPT TO IMPRESS HALF-WITTED CHILDREN
