My world changed forever today.

The woman whose hand I held for more than 28 years is no longer here for me to reach for.

My beautiful Yolanda passed away.

I have written thousands of words in my life, but I do not have words big enough for this.

For more than 28 years, st never apart.

I don’t mean that figuratively.

We had lunch together every day. Dinner together every night. We worked together, traveled together, laughed together, fought battles together, made plans together, grew older together, and went to sleep knowing that whatever tomorrow brought, we would face it side by side.

She was not simply my wife.

She was the rhythm of my life.

My best friend.
My partner.
My conscience.
My sounding board.
My greatest defender.
My favorite person in the world.

There was never really a Tony without Yolanda.

There was just us.

We lived.

God, did we live.

We traveled. We laughed until it hurt. We built memories in ordinary restaurants and extraordinary places. We turned lunches into hours-long conversations and dinners into strategy sessions about life. We experienced victories, disasters, adventures, disappointments, and moments so beautiful I wish I could somehow climb back inside them.

We did not save life for later.

We lived the hell out of it.

And I am eternally grateful that we did.

Then cancer came.

And anyone who followed Yolanda’s journey knows exactly what happened next.

She fought.

She fought through treatments, surgeries, hospitals, pain, setbacks, and moments that would have crushed most human beings.

Again and again, her body would be knocked down.

Again and again, Yolanda got back up.

She fought like a champion.

And somehow, through all of it, she remained Yolanda.

Stubborn.
Funny.
Strong.
Beautiful.
Defiant.

A badass.

Right to the very end.

Cancer may have finally taken her body from us.

But it never defeated the woman.

It never touched the love between us.

And it will never get the final word on who Yolanda Seruga was.

Her LIFE gets that word.

Her courage gets that word.

Her family gets that word.

The thousands of people she touched get that word.

And our love gets that word.

To all of you who followed this journey, prayed for her, shared our updates, sent messages, contributed financially, checked on us, and carried us through days when I did not know how much more either of us could endure:

Thank you.

Please understand something very important.

Yolanda knew.

She knew you were there.

She knew people she had never met were praying for her.

She knew thousands of strangers had somehow become friends standing beside her in this fight.

Your kindness mattered.

Your prayers mattered.

Your generosity mattered.

You gave us something priceless during some of the darkest days of our lives:

You reminded Yolanda that she was not fighting alone.

And neither was I.

I held her hand through this battle just as I had held it through our life together.

Now I am sitting here trying to understand something my heart simply refuses to understand:

For the first time in more than 28 years, my partner is not beside me.

No lunch together today.

No dinner together tonight.

No familiar voice from the other room.

No hand reaching for mine.

There is an emptiness where an entire human being—my entire world—used to be.

But if there is one thing Yolanda taught me, it is this:

Love does not disappear simply because someone dies.

Twenty-eight years does not vanish.

A lifetime of mornings, meals, laughter, arguments, adventures, whispered conversations, inside jokes, and holding hands does not suddenly become nothing.

She is stitched into me.

She helped make me who I am.

And whatever days I have left on this earth, part of Yolanda will be walking through them with me.

I would choose her again.

Every time.

Every life.

Knowing how this story ends, I would still walk straight toward her.

Because 28+ years with Yolanda were worth the unbearable price of missing her now.

For those asking how to help, the kindest thing you can do is remember her, say a prayer, and hold the people you love a little tighter.

And because this fight left thousands of dollars in medical, caregiving, and related bills still outstanding, anyone who feels moved to help me close out those final expenses in Yolanda’s memory can do so here:

givesendgo.com/yolandas

Please never feel obligated. The love, prayers, and support you already gave her meant more than I can possibly say.

Thank you for loving my wife.

Thank you for fighting alongside us.

Thank you for praying for my girl.

She fought like a champ.

She lived like a champ.

She loved fiercely.

And right to the very end, Yolanda Seruga remained exactly what she had always been:

One hell of a badass.

I love you with every piece of my heart, baby.

I loved you yesterday.

I love you today.

I will love you for the rest of my life.

And someday, wherever this road leads…

I will find your hand again.

Until then, my love. ❤️

Finish The Job, America!
Thank You, President Donald J. Trump.

—@EagleEdMartin

I'll start with two words every one of us ought to say first: thank you. To you, President Donald J. Trump, thank you.

Thank you for running again when they told you to quit. They raided your home and indicted you four times, and you kept going. And thank you for keeping your word. On the day you took the oath, you said, "First, I will declare a national emergency at our southern border. All illegal entry will immediately be halted." It was. You freed the January 6 defendants on day one, and you went after the weaponization of the Justice Department. I was proud to serve in that work.

Gavin Newsom Just Confessed on Hidden Camera: The Democrats ARE Going Socialist.

Dumacrat Newsom accidentally hands Republicans the White House in 2028.

Newsflash: Gavin Newsom believes the DSA wind at his back will push him into the Oval Office in 2028.

Yesterday, he hand. He got caught on hidden camera telling the truth. (Which for him is a rare and often disorienting event.)

Here’s what happened:

🚨 Indivisible, a major left-wing organizing group, wants to go after more than Trump.

His cabinet. His donors. Even “mid-level staffers.”

They’re calling for “multi-front accountability” through “every available vehicle,” including “state tools.”

“Yes, the polls are wrong,” the speaker insisted. “Let me tell you why. Look, in the last 10 days, we had two polling organizations nationwide that have been exposed for completely fraudulent numbers, Wedgewood and SoCal Strategies. Then you have the more traditional polling acknowledge quietly that their numbers are off. CNN ran a story about a week ago. And they said that 14 out of the last 16 elections, the October generic ballot underestimated Republicans by an average of four points. Laura, I think it’s even further off this time because more and more Republicans are unwilling to participate in these surveys. They don’t want to give their information to someone on the phone. They don’t play along. They’re calling it the partisan nonresponse bias. That’s the technical term for ‘Republicans don’t trust you anymore.’”

🚨 The Socialists Aren’t Coming for Your Senate. They’re Coming for the Gavel. ☠️

Two different things got “exposed" last week, and most coverage blends them into one story. Separating them is the whole ballgame.

1. The leak itself

On October 18–21, DataRepublican (Jennica bal software engineer hired by the Defense Department over the summer) released the first chunks of what she calls “The Democracy Files.”

She holds 7,000 documents, thousands of transcripts, and hundreds of recordings—about 312 GB, with roughly 250 GB scraped and not yet publicly mirrorable.

Her own framing of the plan, verbatim:

“If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become ‘foot soldiers’ in constant clashes with the administration to cross a ‘red line’ or invoke a ‘doomsday scenario’ — meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, many coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep American governance as-is or to burn it all down.”

The named coordinating body is the United Democracy Alliance, allegedly sitting above 50501, Indivisible and the No Kings protests, with Erica Chenoweth’s 3.5% rule as its intellectual scaffolding. Her Part 1 drop began with a March 25, 2026 Zoom recording of a “Democratic Constitution Forum,” where ex-USAID operative Danielle Reiff says, “So I think this is a plan.”

The rhetoric around it has gone feral — Cynical Publius called it “a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter,” HotAir ran it under “Destination: Color Revolution,” and the whole thing is being sold as a coup.

Part 1 thread — x.com/DataRepublican…

Primer/tracker thread —x.com/DataRepublican…

2. The part that isn’t alleged at all

Here’s where the coverage gets sloppy. Almost none of the structural content is a leak — per se, but 99.9% of American citizens have a clue; however, it is on the DSA’s own published platform. Abolish the Senate. Abolish the Electoral College. Replace the president and Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary “chosen by and subordinate to one supreme people’s congress.” A 32-hour week, Medicare for All, public ownership of food, energy, medicine and transport. That’s the 2026 “Workers Deserve More” program —program.dsausa.org, and DSA co-chair Megan Romer said the quiet part on Fox News.

What’s genuinely new and newsworthy is the congressional play, and it landed on October 14 in DSA’s own magazine — not in any leak.

Two DSA members (Steven R of Atlanta, Sylus S of Center County) published “Socialists in Congress Should Hold the Speakership Hostage.” —democraticleft.dsausa.org/2026/10/14/soc…

The argument:

- DSA will send more card-carrying socialists to the House than any Congress in history — 19 congressional nominees and 5 statewide ones this cycle.

- If the Democratic majority is thin — likely, given the gerrymandering arms race — a handful of reps can withhold their Speaker votes and force Jeffries to the table.

- Don’t make the stand over Medicare for All. Make it over House rules: lower the discharge-petition threshold, so the left can force floor votes at will, and lower the threshold to “vacate the chair” so they can depose a Speaker who crosses their red lines.

That second one is the real weapon. The article openly cites Chip Roy and the Freedom Caucus’s 2023 takedown of McCarthy as the model — “it does not belong to the right” — and quotes the line that should be hanging in Jeffries’ office: “any effort by leadership to cross our red lines is one which shuts the House down indefinitely.”

Their reasoning is cold and correct: Trump will veto anything anyway, so a policy “IOU” from Jeffries is worthless. Rules are the only thing the House controls unilaterally. So they’re trading a symbolic win for structural leverage.

3. Does the math actually work?

This is where the “DSA is taking over” narrative runs into data. Brookings coded 282 DSA-endorsed candidates (only 29 had national endorsement) and found 123 primary wins — impressive, but with a brutal distribution:

- 73% win rate in state legislative primaries
- 49% locally
- 33% statewide
- 31% congressional

And the wins are concentrated in deep-blue turf: 90 of the candidates came from California and 21 from New York. Only 10 DSA-backed candidates won in districts with a PVI lean of less than D+10. Their own authors’ verdict: “more like a skirmish than a war.”

See Brookings —brookings.edu/articles/democ… and The Hill —thehill.com/homenews/house… on the speakership math — Rep. Don Beyer’s read is that at 230+ seats the bloc is noise, and at 219 “every single person can throw him out of it just by being a no.”

The member count is real though: ~130,000, up 40,000 since Mamdani’s win, past the Debs-era Socialist Party peak. A September CBS poll found over half of Democrats say a DSA endorsement makes them more likely to back a candidate; 8% less likely.

4. The actual endgame: 2028

Everyone in the room knows it.

The New Yorker’s —newyorker.com/magazine/2026/… reporting and CNN’s convention coverage both land on the same thing: Milwaukee’s co-chair said the point is to test whether they’re “ready for a Presidential run in 2028 by A.O.C.”

The convention had “DSA for AOC” invitations on the chairs. At a bar event, NYC DSA steering committee member Jeremy Cohan told the crowd the only office that matters is the presidency and asked who was ready to “go to the f***ing top.” Nobody in the room had ever won a presidential campaign.

Electoral work is explicitly the “forcing function” — LA co-chair Leslie Chang: “We’re teeny-tiny... There is no other forcing function.” That’s the honest answer to “is this a plan?” It’s less a master blueprint than a machine that builds itself by running.

5. My read

On the leak: DataRepublican’s archive is 100% real, and the individual recordings are verifiable. The narrative — a unified control plane steering everyone toward a constitutional crisis — is substantially an interpretive overlay, and she says so herself. Her own words: “Governors aren’t participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution.

Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same.” And: “almost nobody knows the ‘grand plan.’” So you have converging incentives, not a signed pact.

Dr. Dannielle Blumenthal’s [line-by-line critique] — dannielleblumenthal.com/2026/10/21/ass… offers the fairest treatment: the evidence doesn’t establish the sweeping coup story, but it doesn’t refute it either.

Also worth noting, the Washington Post’s October 20th story described a much narrower advisory effort — ~10 ex-Defense officials coaching states on election interference — which DataRepublican then included in her files.

On DSA: The rules-hostage strategy is the smartest thing the American left has written in years, and it’s being undersold because it’s “inside baseball.” If Democrats get a 219-seat majority and four socialists hold the gavel hostage over discharge thresholds, they will have more procedural power than the Congressional Progressive Caucus has ever had — with a fraction of the members. Jeffries has already drawn the line, saying flatly: “I don’t support the DSA agenda as has been articulated by the DSA itself.”

The failure mode is the same one that ate the Freedom Caucus: become a party of no, get blamed for dysfunction, and watch voters reward the people who actually govern. One incoming member flagged exactly that — “I don’t want DSA to become a party of no.”

The honest bottom line: nothing here requires a conspiracy. A 130,000-member org with 19 new congressional nominees, a real base among young educated voters, and a genuinely radical platform is going to fight the establishment of both parties. Calling that a coup is a marketing decision. Whether the 2027 Insurrection Act trigger and the 2028 “burn it all down” referendum actually happen depends on two things nobody controls: the November 3rd result and how thin the majority is.

What to watch: whether any DSA-aligned member actually withholds a Speaker vote in January, and whether the demands are rules-based (as the article says) or policy-based (which the article warns against).

If they go policy, the bloc fractures immediately. If they go rules, it’s the most consequential procedural fight since 2023.
🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨

I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.

I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an lain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.

Here's the primer:

USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.

Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.

You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.

Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.

This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.

In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.

Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.

DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.

Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.

The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.

Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.

In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."

Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."

Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.

The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.

Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.

Who decides when your government is legitimate?

🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨

👇
🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨

Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure d one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating."

According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska.
Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds.

The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms.

Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan:

"We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker."

Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call:

"We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful."

In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want.

➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting.

➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability."

The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy.

And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections.

In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one."

As for ending the two-party duopoly?

"That's very secondary right now."

Put those statements together.

A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP.

The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

We are a world at war but many fail to recognize the threat ‘cos instead of B2 bombers, tanks & nukes, they’re fighting w stolen elections, mass migration & information warfare - the most lethal weapons on the battlefield of today. Korea may seem far but the real issue here is that America’s allies are falling one by one - which leaves the U.S. increasingly isolated.
Traditional allies like the U.K., France, Italy etc are being eaten alive by mass immigration as the globalists salivate.

Israel has been demonized by the left & increasingly on the right, yet it is America’s most reliable ally in the Middle East.

New Zealand is effectively a Marxist state. Australia is under Islamic-leftist-globalist invasion. South Africa is under Marxist-Muslim-globalist assault. Mozambique, Congo, Nigeria - all battling Islamic terrorist attacks to differing degrees. And of course the U.S. is not allowed to be close to Russia or the traitors yell “collusion”. What you see when you step back is America being more & more isolated in the world.

You can stand up. Or submit. Your choice. But remember this: they’re not using B2 bombers, tanks & nukes - yet. But they will. Instead of leading with the bloodshed we recognize as war, it will come in the end to help deliver absolute power.

Europe: The New Totalitarians

—Robert Williams

[German] Chancellor Friedrich Merz has made it clear that he wants to end anonymity on the internet.

Internet anonymity makes it harder to arrest people for inconvenient speech -- “hate speech” and “insults” -- and Germany’s g the homes of such internet participants for years. Merz himself has filed hundreds of criminal complaints against ordinary German citizens perceived to have insulted him online, including against a 71-year-old pensioner who committed the unconscionable crime of calling him “Pinocchio” on Facebook....

Meanwhile, in the United Kingdom, the totalitarian strain has become just as strong, if not worse. The government has been making examples of citizens who protest the mass migration, which has been continuing across the UK’s open borders.

By contrast, the men who were arrested on September 27 for what is believed to have been an Iranian-orchestrated attempted attack on England’s RAF Fairford air base, used by U.S. warplanes to carry out strikes on Iran, were all released on bail the next day.

[T]he UK government has released more than 70,000 criminals early since 2024 under the Labour government’s plan to “combat jail overcrowding.” So far, since their release, a third of those released have committed new crimes. One man sexually assaulted a woman the day he was freed. Some of the victims of the criminals released early have fled the country.

The room they are eager to make in prisons seems to be for ordinary citizens fed up with how their country is run and had the gall to state it. That is how it works in totalitarian systems. Criminals are freed so that dissidents can take their places.

Over three years of pro-Hamas protests inciting violence in the form of calling for a “global intifada” and “intifada revolution is the only solution” on the streets of Britain, not a single protester even came close to that kind of sentencing, even though Hamas is a proscribed terrorist organization in the UK. Protesters who wore the Hamas paraglider symbol or the Hamas headband were convicted of terrorism offenses but discharged by friendly judges and never served any time in prison.

It is evidently all right to be carried away by emotion in favor of Hamas’ mass slaughter, dismemberment, and rape of Jews. The judge even seems to be saying that their view is understandable... When it comes to trying to protect your family from predatory third-world illegal male migrants arriving by the thousands on the shores of your country, that is not all right.

This seems to be how the UK “justice” system works. If you support Hamas, a terrorist organization, it is considered either not really support at all, or not to cause “serious harm.” Instead, protesting illegal immigration must immediately be punished with unconditional prison sentences. If this is not an example of the state emboldening terrorism, it would be hard to say what is.

Germany’s governing coalition of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and Social Democratic Party (SPD), increasingly desperate to cling to power as the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) continues to hammer them in the polls, is turning ever more totalitarian.

For a start, Chancellor Friedrich Merz has made it clear that he wants to end anonymity on the internet.

“I want to see real names on the internet. I want to know who is speaking,” Merz said back in February. “In politics, we engage in debates in our society using our real names and without visors.”

In other words, Merz wants the government, and the big tech companies, to know exactly who is behind every single comment, tweet, and meme on the internet.

Every holiday season, Yolanda and I looked forward to a tradition that brought our family so much joy: Todd & Jennifer Vigiletti, Tibbies Holiday Follies. ❤️🎄

Year after year, we shared the music, the laughter, and the magic of the season together. Even in 2020, when COVID kept us ae things we loved, Tibbies treated us to a virtual performance.

Watching it now brings back those beautiful memories—and reminds me how much more special every tradition was because I shared it with Yolanda.

I would give anything to sit beside you and enjoy one more holiday show, my love. Until we meet again, I’ll carry those memories in my heart.

You and me. Always. ❤️

🚨 FROM CAPITOL HILL TO A BILLIONAIRE’S MANSION: FBI SEARCHES PROPERTY LINKED TO SWALWELL INVESTIGATION

FIRST HIS DEVICES. THEN HIS D.C. HOME. NOW HIS BILLIONAIRE SUGAR DADDY’S BEVERLY HILLS MANSION.

The federal investigation involving former California Congressman Eric e home of one of his biggest political backers.

On Tuesday morning, FBI agents searched a Beverly Hills mansion belonging to Stephen Cloobeck, the Diamond Resorts founder who donated $1 million to Swalwell’s campaign for governor, according to reporting. Fox News

The connection is striking: When allegations against Swalwell surfaced in April, he stayed at Cloobeck’s mansion and recorded a video denying the accusations there. Cloobeck later withdrew his support and told him to leave.

Months later, federal agents arrived with a search warrant.

Here’s what we know:

🔹 Swalwell withdrew from the governor’s race and resigned from Congress in April after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct, including rape.

🔹 In August, federal agents seized his electronic devices at San Francisco International Airport and searched his Washington, D.C., home as part of an investigation connected to the allegations.
