@constantout It's time dependent. "Peak" times are like 9AM and 5PM and there's some kind of massive throttling occurring. CC could not complete a simple request for about 30 minutes right at 5PM today. Used up 20% of my 5hr usage with maybe 50k tokens... $100 plan.

@jacob_posel I'm seeing strange stuff in usage as well. Fire up the PC, open CC and the Usage window. I'm somehow already an hour into a session? 4 hours remaining... Then CC takes 30+ minutes pondering a simple request and uses up 20% of the usage window on $100 plan? Yikes.
