My @TELUS Internet has gone offline 3 times in the last 45 days.

Today I was on the phone for 2 hours, they tried troubleshooting in every way, got me to reset my router and fiber box 3 times.

At the end I was informed that it’s an outage. I asked for a credit on my account.
Needless to say, I refused it.

Maybe it’s time for a different ISP.

Hey @Airbnb - we’ve been having a serious security concern with our basement suite rental. Police have showed up at my home. We have tried to get in touch with someone from your safety department since 4:30 pm. It’s now 8:30 pm and we’ve had no luck.

My wife and I don’t feel We need them relocated asap.

This is our very first time renting our home out on @Airbnb and it is a disaster. I thought I’d try social in case you’re more responsive here and can escalate. Please help.
